Apologies as we are still in the training process for our new office admin, I visited the property and read what was required upon arrival, I did provide a proposal as your mom has the same first name as another customer the wrong proposal was sent, at which point we received an email:
Omg – this proposal is definitely not for me as we have never met. It is for another Yvonne at ************ in Whitby dated March 30, 2021. Based on the no show yesterday and now sending me someone else’s quote I am withdrawing my request, would you still like the proposal that was written up? Or still not send the proposal? We do try our best to have every team member up to par and apologize that you are deeply disappointed, please let me know if you'd like the proposal, thank you!
