We have been considering having a deck built for some time and in calling the various companies, Adam at Royal Innovation came through as being extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He always answered our queries and was very patient in addressing any concerns that we had. He helped us obtain a deck that we love, and most importantly, he work within our budget, which we appreciated. Adam's crew member, Radoslav, arrived to build our deck and he was a true professional who was extremely skilled in his trade. We really appreciated his work ethic, attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism. He was extremely easy to work with. Overall, we had a very favourable experience, and it certainly says a lot about Adam and his team. We would definitely recommend Royal Innovation to any one thinking of building a deck!

Adam is very detailed orientated, and any concerns were promptly addressed. The crew were very skilled and polite. We love our new outdoor space it adds another dimension to our home. It’s easy to recommend Royal Innovation.

I would give Royal innovation 20 stars out of 10 if I could. Adam and his team had been amazing from the start to the completion of the project. I just had a vague idea of what I wanted in my backyard to add value to my house and that’s where Adam’s expertise came to the fore. He was instrumental in designing and planning the entire backyard. I probably called him 100 times during the project and asked all kind of questions. He answered most of my calls or got back to me if he couldn’t. He really just doesn’t run behind money, he will always give the right advice and suggest what’s best for you. What really matters to Adam and his team is Customer Satisfaction. We have been getting so many compliments from friends and neighbours. If you are in the market for having an astonishing deck, value for money and great Customer service, you don’t have to look beyond Royal Innovation. Check out the attached photos.

I am extremely pleased with our deck. Adam is a talented designer and along with his team of highly skilled carpenters delivered a well crafted and designed deck. Throughout the project Adam was timely at answering any questions and was always in communication with us on its progress. I highly recommend Royal innovations for all your deck building needs.

Our call was answered immediately and their builders showed promptly on time of our appointment. They were very knowledgeable about the process and suggested good designs and materials. These guys were very patient, especially considering it took me three months to agree to hire them because I had a nightmare neighbour on one side who was refusing to pay her fair share. After a lot of back-and-forth and having to delay the project, I finally got it sorted out and these guys had the fence demolished, removed, and replaced in a matter of days. They were very accommodating throughout my whole ordeal. I would definitely recommend them!
