My son and I had to snow shoveling our buildings, because the Snow Busters keeps failing by not turning up at all. Last Friday they fail to do one of our property then today again the same issue. This isn't a joke when the property is quiet large. I had sent email and communicated with Kat, supposedly their office manager. But it's like a joke, promising us the tractor is coming when it never turn up. Look else where, I am posting this review is just to save any other innocent consumer to having to deal with this! It's a bust in operation.. no hope.. Next seeking legal actions.. It's said because we ask to speak to the owner and no one stand up to take responsibility or to correct the issue.. (they were ok in 2012 late but comes in, this year is just a total failure..

I'm not expecting immediate service but this is the third time I've waited over 24 hours for them to show up. My driveway barely fits one small car and I paid an annual fee of $512. When I asked for a refund after this happened a second time mid December, they offered me $326.28 as refund and said they pro-rated their first two clears. Day two of the snow storm and they still haven't come once. Can't get in or out of my driveway. No one answers emails or phone calls. Voice mail isn't set up. When I did finally get through they're actually annoyed that I'm asking for my driveway to be plowed in a timely manner.

They hit out stairs and fence, said theyd repair it in the spring. No repairs were made, they keep pushing the repair timeline and it is now September 30 of the next season. Unprofessional and uncaring of our safety for using the woobling railing.

After a few hiccups at the beginning of the season -- the service was excellent. Both our driveway and walkway were cleaned well -- and in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.

This is excellent value for money. The work is always excellent and most important the communication is excellent. We always know what to expect, when and if and when we need to move our vehicle for clearing. My neighbour also uses the service and every year we remark that it is money well spent.

I am very satisfied with Snowbusters snow clearing service during the last season. Communication was excellent and service was very good. Considering Canadian winters, one cannot and should not expect perfect service. Important to me is a timely response also to the unexpected. And Snowbusters did just that. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbours.

Snowbusters has been cleaning our property in the west end for a couple of years and we've found them very good to deal with. They respond quickly to any suggestions. They send out regular communication throughout the season which is very helpful. Overall a great experience.

This company is reliable and very good at communicating their plans, based on weather conditions. They are responsive to comments on the service provided as well as to suggestions for improvements or changes. Sometimes my car was on the street longer than I expected, waiting for a service call, but no service calls were missed.

I hired Metro Wellington to plow my laneway and to shovel a path to my back door. They shovelled twice the whole winter and I needed to email them to get that done. Additionally, when they said they would do a daytime plowing while our cars were gone, they didn't get to my laneway until after I got home and so the area in front of my garage rarely was cleaned properly so that I could get my garage open.

Very professional, excellent communication, great quality of service. I will use this service again next year and would recommend to others. Of note, I tried to contact many snow removal companies in December 2017 and this was the ONLY company that returned my inquiry.
