    Satisfied customer

    We hired Scheel to replace a small attic window in a 19th century house. A roofer had recommended we replace the window because of water getting into the house. We had a good experience right from the showroom where we were directed toward the window that would exactly fit our needs, through to the person who made the initial assessment to the installers. We learned about deficiencies in the old window and its installation and we are confident the new window will work well. Very professional staff who responded promptly to any request for information throughout the waiting period before the window was available.

    Great final product, even better customer service

    We were very happy with workmanship and final product (3 windows replaced in addition to being lengthened) and would absolutely recommend Scheel, despite having a glitch in the beginning of the project. When the “lengthening” aspect of the project was happening, the contractors found electrical wiring that they didn’t know was there (and accidentally cut through an electrical wire). We were told an electrician would need to come in to rewire before they could move forward. We called Dominic right away to let him know what happened and after apologizing for the mishap he immediately worked on remedying the situation by sending over an electrician (within the same day). In addition to this, they offered and covered the bill for the electricians, as this would have been an unexpected expense for us. The workers even offered to finish the job on a Sunday so n’ that we wouldn’t have to wait an extended period. Mistakes happen, but it is not every company that would rectify/remedy a situation like this as efficiently as Scheel. You can tell customer service is very important to the company. Dominic handled the situation professionally and left us feeling completely taken care of. Would, hands down, use Scheel for future jobs and would highly recommend to others!

    Complete window and door replacement

    We just had Scheel Windows replace all of the windows and two doors in our home and couldn't be happier. From the estimator to the installation crew the whole experience has been excellent even during COVID. Warmer, quieter and a fantastic improvement to the appearance of our home. Highly recommended.

    Window Installation

    Excellent work done to install new windows. I was skeptical about doing it in the winter but it went exceptionally well and I have already noticed the room quieter and warmer!!

    Front Door and Window Installation

    We really needed a front door. Frost was accumulating under the front door and the cold could be felt through the window. We used a snake for the draft under the door but just not good enough. Our bedroom and kitchen windows would get a build up of ice and we could barely see out of them. I am sure this added to our hydro bill. We never thought we would ever be able to afford it but when we got an estimate we were surprised. The second wave of Covid hit and we knew there would be a long wait for installation. To our surprise it wasn't a long as we thought. The installers were professional and they let me watch and ask questions. There were patient and let me move my kitties from one room to the next.     Replacement of living room window

    We couldn't be more pleased with the service from Scheel Windows - from meeting Craig for an estimate to the 3 young men who installed our window yesterday in less than 2 hours! So professional and so friendly. The window looks wonderful! Thank you Scheel Windows! Rob and Beth Mitchell

    Window replacement

    We hired ‘Scheel’ to replace 4 old bedroom windows as well as to add a new large window in the family room. Our positive experience started, in the showroom, with meeting the sales representative Dominic. My husband and I had done our research and already had estimates, in place, from other local companies. We were very impressed with Dominic’s professionalism, knowledge of the product and trust in the company. Dominic promptly scheduled a home visit. He carefully measured and examined the old windows, attentively listened to our needs, offered suggestions, and reassured us of customer satisfaction, in terms of installation. We greatly appreciated his patience, understanding and willingness in dealing with many of our requests and changes. The installation team of three was courteous, efficient, and worked well together. We would definitely rehire this company and feel confident in recommending ‘Scheel Windows and Doors’ to others. Liz and Jim

    Total Window Replacements on House

    Can't say enough good things about our experience with Scheel. Salesperson Dominic was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable! Listened to concerns, questions. Provide great recommendations. He promised the installers would do a great job as well and boy was he right! Dean And Chris Great craftsmanship and skill, These guys can install windows. Can't believe how brighter, warmer and most of all how quieter our home is. Great company. Great Service Highly recommend Scheel windows!!

    New front entry door and basement window.

    Scheel Window & Door manufactured and installed a new energy star rated beautiful front entry door and frosted glass basement window on my home. They are a top-notch professional organization and a pleasure to work with. I'm so impressed with the work they've done so far that I've also ordered new triple pane replacement windows for the front of my house through them.
