    Outstanding communication and exceptionally high level of cleanliness

    We started using Detailed Maids 2 years ago on a bi-weekly basis, and they continue to deliver outstanding services each time. The ladies are always kind during the visits and the level of cleanliness is perfect. Our home is always left spotless after each visit. Highly recommend Detailed Maids!

    Cleaners

    We are impressed with how the team quickly adapted to our new home and the technology. The team is bright thoughtful and professional and the management efficient and thorough. We are lucky to have found them and will recommend them to our neighbors and family.

    An awesome company

    We have been getting no-weekly cleaning from Detailed Maids for seven months now and we are so happy with the consistently awesome service we receive. Prior to Detailed Maids we worked with a bunch of other cleaning companies who all fell short of our needs for a company that delivered consistently excellent results. Not only are our cleans awesome but everyone who works at Detailed Maids is so kind, humane and professional. We just feel so safe and happy with them. Highly recommended.

    Excellent housekeeping service

    Petra and her team have been helping me with housekeeping for the last 2 years. They are amazing! Any cleaning I would ask for would be done with a smile and to the best of their ability. They are so lovely and trustworthy and helpful. I am very grateful!

    Definitely detailed!

    The team from Detailed Maids did a wonderful job doing a deep clean of our home after a dusty renovation. I was impressed by the care they took and how spotless everything was afterwards. Communication was prompt.

    Very happy

    I asked for complete cleaning and 3 ladies came with all supplies. House was immaculate when they left.

    deep clean

    Petra and her team were professional and excellent from start to finish. Petra responded quickly and was easy to reach if anything came up. She gave me an initial quote and I really appreciated that any extra requests were clarified with me for approval to make sure there I wasn't going over my budget. Every step (e.g. quote, cleaning steps, payment authorization) was done promptly and in a very organized away. Most important, the deep clean was AMAZING. Every surface was cleaned out and it has helped me maintain the state of my home. I will be coming back to do this every year.

    Terrific Deep Clean

    We booked a deep clean with added window washing for a 900 square foot apartment with two full bathrooms. We have a long-haired cat and carpets and there is always construction nearby so it gets very dusty. As we both work full-time it's difficult to find time for the longer cleans. Detailed Maids arrived right on time, and did a very thorough job. Even things we assumed might not be cleaned were cleaned/dusted. Thank you Olivia, Vivian, and Luz for making our home cozy again! Quote and booking with Petra was simple and straightforward. We will be booking again for regular maintenance. Signed, A very satisfied customer.

    Excellent Deep cleaning

    It was easy to set up a deep cleaning of our home. They brought all necessary equipment and did a really thorough clean. Because they used a team of 3 people they were able to clean really well in a relatively short amount of time. Very pleased with the results. Will definitely use again
