    Backyard pool and side of house

    Matt and Ryan did our front about 7 years ago and so when we were looking to install an above ground pool and redo our backyard this year we contacted them. We asked whether they were interested in installing the pool and although they had never done it before they didnt hesitate. They researched and came totally prepared. We have them a vague idea of what we wanted and asked them to do what they thought would work best and they delivered exactly what we envisioned. They worked quickly during the hottest days of the summer and cleaned up every day. They were so hard working and detailed. We love our backyard and will call them again in a heartbeat if ever needed!

    Landscaping Remodel

    Matt and Ryan's remodeling of our side yard to compliment our existing backyard deck and pool area was exceptional. They totally captured the essence of our vision to bring the entire area together for us. Willing to listen to our ideas, they were attentive to our needs while offering expert advice on the best products and design to make our project a success. We will be more than happy to engage their services in any future landscaping remodeling projects we may have.

    Front of Home Transformation

    After reading HomeStars reviews and working with another company to complete the design and obtain quotes, I signed on with Matt & Ryan in March 2021. The work was completed in late September. This was a few weeks later than originally planned but it was well worth the wait! Doing all the work themselves, in 2 weeks they transformed the front of our home. Both Matt & Ryan did exceptional work, were pleasant and patient with my questions and requests. I am very detail oriented and therefore have high expectations and they delivered. In addition to high quality work, they cleaned up well every day and kept me informed if they were not able to come due to the weather. They also altered their scheduled work to finish the driveway borders before the other work when my paving contractor wanted to come on the Saturday a couple days before they were going to be finished. I highly recommend Land Escapes Durham! Thanks Matt & Ryan!

    Completed project exceeded our expectations!

    Cannot recommend Land Escapes Durham enough. We only had a general idea of what we wanted to complete our backyard transformation and what was designed and delivered was better than anything we could have imagined. The attention to detail from concept to completed design has resulted in a retaining wall and walkway that is not only functional but something that blends into and enhances our rural property. Our friends cannot believe the transformation. I am already thinking of a reason to get them back for another project. Thanks so much guys!

    Private Backyard Patio - AMAZING

    I would highly recommend these guys and definitely will use them again if we decide to work on other areas! Right from the beginning we knew we were in good hands. They listen to our ideas, and offer sound advice. Everyone was done well: grading, privacy screen, patio stones, electrical for our hot tub, and the landscaping too! They were professional and worked hard while they were here. Ryan and Matt turned our sad, messy, dirty patch of a backyard into our little patio oasis!

    Front steps with flower garden and rear patio

    Very hard to express in words the complete satisfaction with working Ryan & Matt. Land Escapes Durham are a top notch company to have on any of your projects. We had two areas in the front and back of our house that needed a little work done and they knocked it out completely. From start to finish they were very easy to work with, explaining and answering any questions along the way. Without any hesitation we would choose Land Escapes Durham for any future projects.     Amazing!!

    We can't express how happy we are to have chosen Land Escapes Durham for our landscaping job! Ryan and his brother Matt were a perfect pair. Right from the beginning Ryan was attentive, professional, detailed, thorough and creative. He was able to work with us within our budget and made changes along the way without any issues. During our construction we noticed the smallest details in their work and love how they didn't cut any corners. It didn't feel like the job was rushed. We plan to use them again in future projects, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

    Backyard Deck railing upgrade and new Interlocking in front

    Ryan and Matt upgraded our railings on our backyard deck, replaced the steps and changed our Interlocking in the front of our house. They did an amazing job, we love it. Thank you Ryan and Matt.

    Outstanding backyard patio!

    Ryan and Matt did an amazing job on my backyard patio!! We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process and end result. Everything from the initial consultation, design and construction was extremely professional. Absolutely a pleasure to work with and we are already planning phase two and will definitely have Land Escapes Durham for the job!

    Walkway, garden edging and landscaping

    Ryan & Matt are just simply amazing to work with and I've never been more impressed by any other contractor. They are professional, open minded, hard working and dedicated to perfection. Ryan is super patient considering all the questions and concerns I pushed his way during the planning phase and he always had an answer to help the project come together. They took our home and gave it the wow factor. I'm waiting to finish some work around the porch but will post some pictures. I would recommend these gentleman to anybody! Exceptional team that will turn your dream project into reality and I'm looking to bring them back next spring for another job.
