I contacted Victor on 21 Sep for a quote to have security cameras installed at my home. On the 22nd, I received a air photo of my home with a plan showing potential locations for the cameras. This was followed by a site visit to confirm camera locations and go over the installation process. Six Cameras and the Video recording system were installed on 5/6 Oct. The installation was very well done. The cameras were hard wired in and the cables are all out of sight or are encased in PVC piping. Victor did an excellent job of explaining the video recording system and ensured that my wife's IPad and our phones were connected to the recording system so that we can view the cameras at any time from any location. Very happy with the service provided and the peace of mind with a high quality system installed that can retain video images for over 30 days.

There were some miscommunication in terms of service after installation. However, Victor came in and fix the issue after a few months, which is understandable. Just appreciate that he did it during the COVID pandemic. Thanks

belated comments following a December 2018 install but felt it important to provide the feedback later rather than not at all: Victor and his team provided advance feedback and recommendations re camera selections and locations and their knowledge and consideration was plentiful. The installation efforts were immaculate and seamless BEYOND all expectations !! They displayed a genuine appreciation of what the aesthetics meant to a homeowner. NOTE: I had already rejected 4 or 5 of the major go to providers (and other smaller ones) and NONE of them had any regard for installation considerations whatsoever and treated it as mere afterthought. Most were providing significantly inferior camera options as well. ALL were largely more focused on the ongoing revenue stream by capturing the MONITORING service !! I was in limbo for better part of 15 MONTHS trying to find suitable contractor. I am so glad I resisted and so very fortunate to have across Victor and his guys. VERY highly recommended !!!!!!! Could NOT be happier....even provided some additional post-installation support and answered assorted questions. Perfect ! NOTE...do NOT be put off by expenses related to my install, I had considerable work done with a number of upgrades that I personally requested from them. I consider it good value !!!

Victor and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable in matching their equipment with my business needs. My biggest concern was buying cameras from big box retailers because of the lack of encryption, membership fees, and support. I chose Camera Installers Inc because they were referred to me specifically for their extensive knowledge in security cameras and high grade in product/service. The installation of 3 cameras and router took approximately 4hrs (professionally mounted with wires concealed). I highly recommend Camera Installers Inc to anyone searching for professional grade security cameras.

Was looking to get some security cameras installed around my house and after doing some research and reading reviews, chose Camera Installers Inc. From initial consultation with Victor over the phone, to the site visit through to the estimates and final install everything was handled very professionally. Victor explained the products used, capabilities of the system and answered every question my wife and I had. The installation was done on the agreed date and Victor and team did a great job installing the system and cleaning up afterwards. I had issue with my internet connection day of install which prevented final configuration of the system, which meant Victor had to come out again few days later once my internet issue was addressed. He made time to come out and finish the job and adjusted some cameras which we wanted adjusted after viewing them for a few days. Victor walked us through how to configure the system, set privacy masks and connected our phones for remote viewing and spent as much time with us as needed. All in all, very satisfied with the work performed and would highly recommend Camera Installers Inc. to anyone who is looking to have security cameras installed.

Victor has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from the time i received the quotes for the work to installation and post installation service. I had to contact Victor recently to re-configure the routers after i changed my internet service.
