    Cedar deck

    Michael was easily the best person we could’ve gotten for this project, he did an excellent job and I couldn’t recommend him more to anyone looking for a great deck to be done quickly and the way you want it! Thank you Michael :)

    Kitchen exhaust fan, kitchen lighting, drywall work and painting, built front porch steps

    Great work, great price. The team did a terrific job fixing up a number of things around our old house. We first contracted the company to rebuild the front porch steps, then to install an exhaust fan and new lighting in the kitchen. They also did some drywall work in the basement. Great communication too, sending us texts and photos with ideas and suggestions. Will definitely be using him again.

    Backyard Fence replacement, Flower bed creation and patio step install

    My 17yr old fence was falling apart. The original installer did not dig below the frost lines and the posts were literally coming out of the ground. Michael and his team were awesome! Not only did they complete the project ahead of schedule, they were able to accommodate additional requirements with ease and at a reasonable price. The site was clean and my backyard is now an oasis I can be proud of and finally enjoy! I am very happy with their professionalism and would highly recommend them.

    Exterior Rear 2-story siding and porch

    All the workmen arrived when expected, worked well together, used the materials agreed to in advance, and kept the yard clean after each day's work. Small changes were not a problem when raised. Good communication before and throughout the project. No extra costs incurred. I would recommend this company to others.

    Kitchen renovation- creating a half-wall and exhaust hood installation

    Michael from Thompson construction took down half the wall dividing our kitchen and living room to create a half-wall. He first came to talk through the project and after listening to our ideas, he talked us through the process and where he saw potential challenges and possible design solutions. We felt clear on exactly what would be involved and then he provided a reasonable quote for the job. He estimated the project would take one week and he delivered on time and on budget. It was pleasant working with Michael and we are happy with the final result.

    Basement

    Very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend. There was good communication during implementation about what was happening when as well as explaining the process. Requested changes were handled well and built into the plan. It's clear that Michael has a high standard of work and ensures customer satisfaction.

    Built a new outside front staircase

    Thompson construction did exactly what they said they would when they said they would do it. Also job was started on a cold and snowy day. Good commitment to serving the customer

    Fence and deck

    Done with care. Clean, organized. Fence and deck look great. Had a couple of concerns that were explained and looked after. Overall experience was good.

    Outdoor Deck Repairs

    Michael came into my house to add drainage access panels to my patio decking. He was quick and efficient, and priced appropriately.

    Painted the whole house and did smooth ceilings throughout the main floor

    Michael did an amazing job and completed the work quickly and within the timeframe provided. He went beyond what was asked of him. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Definately will be using him for future projects.
