    furnace replace

    We called several company to quote us and salesperson from Quality Breeze answer all of our question professional. Give us best option based on our situation. Most important, their price are really competitive too. Technician are professional and friendly. They clean up everything after installation and give us advice in the future use. Overall we are really happy we made the right choice. Thank you Quality Breeze.

    Just for checking

    The technician came in and since nothing was wrong the organizer reduced it. Thanks for the service and knowledge. I am glad to gain the knowledge what the technician showed me.

If technician already came to your house, even the furnace works fine again, since he already spending time visited you. I think $60 is very reasonable. I believe any other company will do the same way or they even charge more. But if they are on the road, you tell them your furnace works again, they will go back without any charge.     Furnace and water heater installation.

    Had several quotes and decided to contact Quality Breeze! The price quoted was much lower than my other quotes and I was somewhat concerned but decided to ask as many questions as I could think of and took the chance! I’m so glad I did! Colin was great, from beginning to finish. Installers too were great, did a clean job and took away old equipment as we had previously discussed.

    New Furnace / New AC

    I contacted Quality Breeze to inspect my furnace which was making an unusual noise. Quality Breeze was fully prepared to replace the motor but did point out that the systems were 20 years old. After careful consideration i made the decision to replace both the furnace and AC unit. Using Homestar i solicited three quotes from reputable vendors including Quality Breeze. I found Quality Breeze to be extremely honest. There was amble opportunities for Quality Breeze to upsell me to more expensive options but instead I got highly efficient units at cost effective pricing. Additionally, Quality Breeze facilitated the audit process for the Government rebates. Delivery and installation was on time, neat and orderly. The sales process and installation was handled by polite and competent professionals.

    Best Prices/ Best Customer Service - Happy with Furnace/AC/Attic Insulation

    We had an old Lennox Elite furnace and a York AC, both 19-year old. Both were in working condition, so we were in no hurry to replace them. Therefore, we had the luxury to thoroughly research the options for buying new equipment. We got quotes from over 10 companies with prices ranging from $5100 to $9700 for the same equipment (we made sure we compared apples to apples). Most of the companies we contacted were very serious and they sent a representative to visit our home for making sure their recommendations would properly suit the house. All of these visitors were sales people. In general, the sales people who visited us, were professional and wanted to get our business. There is only one company whose sales person tried to employ scare tactics, telling us that anyone else’s installers are not qualified. Long story short, we selected Quality Breeze. These are just a few reasons why: 1. Their sales expert, Eric, was nothing short of amazing. He was never trying to push us. He is probably the most patient sales person I have ever met. 2. Eric was more of a project manager for us, than a sales person. He was connected with us throughout the whole experience, he arranged the home audit, he was continually in touch with the installers and overall showed a level of care that we have never experienced before. 3. Quality Breeze was the only company who, as part of the quoting process, sent not only the sales person, but also the installer, to assess the house and plan the work to be done. Because of that, when the work was actually performed, Dave, the gas fitter, knew exactly what had to be done. 4. The price was excellent. At $5350 for a Lennox Elite Two Stage with Variable Speed Blower and also a Lennox AC, this was the second best price. The best price was from a different company at $5100, but, when pressed on details, they added more costs for installing our thermostat (that we bought), for replacing the AC lines and more. Also, the other company did not provide a clear path for navigating the home rebate program. 5. Eric provided a white glove experience for us. He took care of everything. He sent us a home auditor who gave us the best advice for insulating our house, to maximize the rebates of the home rebate program from our gas company. 6. Quality Breeze offered a warranty for labour that is double of what everyone else in the business offers. The installation was painless. Dave and his colleague installed both the furnace and the AC in 6 hours. They needed to drill another hole through the house wall for the intake pipe for the furnace. They also connected an Ecobee 4 thermostat to the furnace. At the end, they took the time to check the system and correct some of the problems in our duct system. Also, explained to us how the new equipment works. I can easily tell that Dave did a great job, because the difference between the temperature in the basement and the one registered on the second floor is under 1 degree Celsius. Before the difference was sometimes 7-degree. This is a huge accomplishment, that changed our life for the better! Going back to the home auditor, among another things, he explained that we would benefit from adding insulation to our attic. We spent 2 weeks researching the attic insulation methods, products and companies. In the end, Eric won this business also! His price was, by far, the best! The insulation service was fast and painless. The auditor told us that they added 2” more insulation than what was required! Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Quality Breeze services and recommend it with no reserve to anyone interested in this type of services. Eric thank you very much! Also thank you for the Tim Hortons card and for the portable humidifier. I am taking with me in all my trips to condition the air in the hotel rooms!

    Water Heater replacement

    Smooth from start to finish, quickly completed, and affordable. I had a good experience with Jimmy who organized the work and was very communicative. They took my old rental water heater back to the old dealer as well. Received a discount also for the tehnician being too late one day. Overall 10/10

    furnace replacement

    just before winder coming, my furnace is out of order, the first things to do is call quality breeze company. the company is famous in quality, price and important the service. customer representative Jimmy is very dedicated answered my request. compare the furnace age, repair cost, the best solution is replace the old furnace with brand new one. the price is very competitive, with group discount, seasonal discount and government rebate. it is the best price, couldn't be better. the serve is excellent, installed just done in 2 hours, unbelievable, awesome. from pick up the phone to replacement done could be done in 12 hours. very soon and on time. right now the furnace is working perfect. it is right the time, it is right on the money. I strongly recommend this company, price, service, product quality, everything is excellent.

    furnace and a/c

    I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends, Bing came on time and very professional. gave me a reasonable price for both furnace and a/c unit, and even gave me another extended warranty on their labor. Ken the technician is also very accomodating, extend an extra job to fix my bbq gas line without any cost. plus the three items give. that was early xmas give. thanks guys! Larrie

    JUST WOW

    I just had TWO units installed in my home and.... just WOW! I'd been canvassing for quotes on Google, as well as family and friends, for some time now because of old and broken AC units in my newly purchased home. I was getting some incredibly high prices which left me having to make some sacrifices on installation specs or product quality which was very discouraging. I guess with Facebook's AI system, Quality Breeze's ad popped up in my feed. Now I NEVER click on any FB ads because I always fear I will be spammed in the future but WOW, very glad that I did! From the very start, the person who messaged me on FB was very informative, wasn't pushy with sales at all and was actually very pleasant to exchange messages with. I asked for a phone call back for more information and to confirm the quote that I just received and was very surprised when Bing was able to call me back on a late Saturday afternoon. He later told me that they work 24/7 and didn't have any issues coordinating an appointment. Bing was a total professional in the way he communicated, answered my (sometimes stupid sounding) questions and walked me through every single process from end-to-end. BING IS THE MAN!!! Quality Breeze definitely chose a perfect representative to be client-facing because it made this installation seem effortless. I always knew what to expect, what was being done, how long it would take, how much everything cost (and I have to say, the prices are THE MOST competitive that I've been able to find hands done, while even using premium products like Goodman.) Bing even went as far as writing "no hidden fees" on my invoice to give me the reassurance that the competitive price was, in fact, that price and was exactly what we agreed on. The technicians came on time, to the minute. They were very pleasant to talk to and before I even had a chance to even ask them to cover my hardwood floors, they came in with multiple drop clothes and cardboard to cover my floor and every flight of stairs (one of my units was installed on the 4th floor of a townhouse.) They worked all day, very quietly, was very well organized, replaced EVERYTHING with brand new equipment and came and left without any trace of any garbage or debris. What surprised me most was their close attention to detail, again, WOW! From neatly tucking cables and wires, cutting off extra inches off on the new wall brackets so as not to catch on anything and even the caulking was done meticulously. I can be pretty OCD about things but I was left in awe at how perfect everything was, how easy this process was, how extremely affordable the prices were, how pleasant and professional every representative conducted themselves and how much this left me on such a positive note that I felt the need to share this experience. I'm thoroughly impressed and can go on and on about this experience (and it was an AC unit installation!) but will leave it to you to find out. I imagine they will be consistent and be just as impressive. They really set the bar high for not only HVAC companies but any type of client-facing company. Well done Quality Breeze! I can't thank you enough for making this experience so positive! WOW

    Goodman Furnace and A/C

    Thank you to "Bing" for his valuable advice on the choice of furnace and A/C that was suitable for the house. He was very patient explaining the options available and at a reasonable cost too. Today (July 26,2019) the units were expertly installed by the very polite and professional technicians team who also did a great clean up too! As the latest heatwave hits, the house will be comfortable and cool........ When winter arrives in a few months, the house will be warm and cozy.
