    Goodman furnace

    Calling couples of people for furnace servicing in a cold day, but people hardly could make it on Sunday morning with an emergency service. But Jimmy was really fast and somebody was sent in an hour figuring out the problem. We finally decided to have a new one installed and their service was awesome, Steven from Quality Breeze offered us a very good price which no one can compete on. Strongly recommend Quality Breeze to others!! Awesome job, great price and very professional people!

    Furnace Replacement

    The 18-years-old furnace stopped working again during the Thanksgiving weekend. Contacted the company for a quote of replacement. The customer representative Agnes does not only provide the quote in details and but also suggested the enegery rebate program. We couldn't have saved almost $1500 from government energy efficiency rebate without her information. More importantly she was able to prioritize the installation within 2 days. She also helped schedule the energy audit at the same time. She even patiently answered our follow-up questions at night time. Although the initial installation wasn't perfect, the technician came over and fixed it once we raised the issue with Agnes. We are very impressed by their professionalism and fast responsive customer service. We would definitely recommend this company and Agnes to our family and friends in GTA.

    New furnace

    I feel very happy and lucky that choose Quality Breeze to change my furnace. My old furnace got “Warning Tag” that leak gas smell. I called several companies for either repair or replace. The manager of Quality Breeze answered all my questions and sent sales come to our house for free consultation. I also have other companies sales come for free consultation as well. Among those sales, Mr Liu from Quality Breeze is the most knowledgeable , precise and honest sales. And the price is very competitive. I was wondering if such price may not be sure about the quality of installation, but I was over worried. David and his assistant did very professional job for the installation. I also got approved for government rebate program. My new furnace runs very well. Really appreciate the best service from Quality Breeze .

    Mo and Sy just left my home after a furnace install. Delighted to have met both of these young men. A happy accident to find these guys but I would not hesitate to call them back and/or recommend to family/friends and everyone else. Prompt, polite, and VERY competitive pricing...even willing to come all the way up to Orangeville. explain everything, took care of warranty registration and told me not to hesitate to call if there was any issues going forward. Class Thanks Lads

    furance and air conditoner

    I highly recommend this company. We had a 20 year old furnace and air conditioner replaced. The price was fair and competitive for an upgrade to a high efficiency furnace, a new a/c unit and a new humidifier. The installers I didn't get their names but they were first class professionals. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up nicely once they were done.

    Furnace

    Jimmy is really nice and professional. All the work has been done in one week and I got the new furnace before the winter coming. We are satisfied with all the job.

    I am a out town owner. About month ago my tenant's furnace isn't working. I checked some local furnace company. Their price are very high. Lucky I find Jimmy. He answered all my question. More importantly he gave me a reasonable price. Within a week his team finished the job for me. Well done Jimmy!

    furnace installation

    Got the furnace replaced a week ago, and generally have a very good experience with Quality Breeze. They offered a very competitive price and gave clear and easy understanding information, including the government rebate information. The service person is very patient and answer all my questions. The technicians arrived on time and spent 3 hours on the installation. Highly recommend quality breeze if you need to change your furnace.

    Furnace product

    Quality Breeze provide excellent service on residential furnace. They replaced my furnace at home recently. The salesperson (Jimmy) is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all the options and rebates to me, explained the whole procedure including audit/installation/apply rebate etc. And their technicians were very professional and efficient. Satisfied with the services they provided. I would definitely recommended this company.
