    Exterior Stucco

    I was looking for an honest experienced professional to renovate the exterior stucco of my house, which had some parts that were failing badly. It wasn't easy finding someone honest and reliable and after a long search and several mishaps I came across Holistic Contracting managed by Rasit. Rasit came and assessed the situation and explained the options for restoration and gave me detailed work plan and breakdown of cost, which appeared realistic and reasonable by comparison with the others. I couldn't be more pleased with the project from start to finish. I know that sometimes I could be very demanding, but Rasit was very accommodating and very easy to deal with. I found him and his hard working team to be very professional and highly skilled. Certainly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holistic Contracting to my closest family members or friends. I wish Rasit and his team the best of luck in their business.

    Stucco Refresh

    We are very happy that we selected Holistic to re-do the stucco on our 2 storey house and porch. At our first meeting, I mentioned that the goal was to refresh the stucco so that it looked like a brand new house..and that is exactly what we got. Rasit and team did a fantastic job. Many neighbours have commented on how good it looks. Rasit was also very helpful recommending a roofer to fix some damage that was discovered during the stucco work.and with recommending a caulking contractor. We would highly recommend Holistic.

    Full Stucco Replacement - Trust, Quality, Experience

    We are very happy with the overall experience with Rasit and the Holistic Contracting team. Right from the start, Rasit showed up for his client. Initially, we were looking for stucco repairs as part of a windows replacement project. When Rasit showed up, he did a walk-around with us and thoroughly assessed the current state of the stucco around the house. The bad news was it looked like we needed to do more than what we had in mind. The good news was that Rasit provided recommendations and pros and cons so we made an educated decision. And I'm glad we did. The job was completed in 6 weeks through which there were some surprises. But Rasit showed up every day and kept us in the loop. He even contacted other trades he knew and trusted on our behalf when we needed them to keep the project on track. The team did an amazing job with the stucco and stone veneer, even other trade contractors who saw it gave their compliments. We are happy with the work and the experience with Rasit's team. We are confident that the job was done properly and we don't have to worry. Highly recommended!

    Stucco Project

    Holistic Contracting was referred to me by a friend for a stucco job. I am very glad l chose them, they are very professional, dedicated and very detailed oriented. I am very pleased with the job they did and l wont hesitate to recommend them to friends and family members. I have neighbours coming over and admiring the work.     Stucco wall and trim repair

    Recently, we had a patio door installed where a window existed previously (on the second story). This resulted in some stucco repair being required. When planning the project last year I contacted Holistic Contracting and spoke with Rasit. He was very helpful in providing information that would prove valuable in coordinating the work, with the other contractors including timing and required temperatures for the stucco work. Because it was a smaller job he was kind enough to fit it in between the larger jobs he already had scheduled, which we really appreciated. Rasit is very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. A very calm pleasant helpful person. Rasit fixed the damaged wall areas around the new door, repaired the stucco door trim and fixed a few hairline cracks on the back of the house as well. His work is excellent and we are very satisfied with the finished result. We wont hesitate to use or recommend his service in the future.

    Repair woodpecker holes in stucco

    We had three holes in our stucco. Two of them were the result of woodpeckers and other birds trying to create nests and one was due to damage from gate hardware. The bird holes were adjacent to a second floor window so we could not repair them ourselves since we didn't have a tall enough ladder. I requested quotes through Homestars and Rajit with Holistic Contracting was one of the people who contacted me quickly. He was able to come by for a quote and it was comparable to another quote I received from another contractor. However, Rajit was available sooner. He was straightforward and honest and communication was prompt. The work done was excellent and we feel confident that the repairs will withstand many years of harsh weather conditions. The colour match was perfect! I highly recommend Rajit and his company! Thanks! Update: We have had no problems ever since the work was completed. Birds tried to start a new hole, but were deterred and the stucco has withstood the attempt and a year of weather conditions. What a relief!

    Stucco & Stone

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I found Rasit & Holistic Stucco through Homestars and immediately noticed the difference between Rasit and other contractors that came to provide a quote. He was professional & knowledgeable - he reviewed the project, provided us with realistic timelines and a fair price. Dealing with Rasit was pleasant from day 1. He was easy to communicate with and he has an extremely dedicated and hard-working crew. They were clean (respected our property and that of our neighbours, always cleaning after themselves) and extremely professional. The Holistic team was also able to provide corrective solutions to some unforeseen problems encountered along the way, and ensured final product was exactly what we wanted. The final completed product is better than what we envisioned! Completed on time, as promised. I would absolutely recommend Holistic Stucco to anyone looking for Stucco/stone work.     Exterior Stucco Project

    After a thorough review of potential contractors, we hired Rasit of Holistic Contracting to convert our exterior brick facade to stucco. The main reason we decided on Rasit was due to his flexibility and easy-going nature. His desire to make the job near-perfect and not just cheaper/faster was quite evident. Having dealt with Rasit over the period of this job, I can confidently state that he did not disappoint us at all! He is a thorough professional and was a pleasure to work with. We are totally satisfied with the finished product.

    Stucco entire 2nd floor exterior

    The project involved removing the nearly 40 year old 2nd level tudor style exterior down to the studs. New plywood followed by the entire DuRock EIFS stucco system was then applied (3 weeks total for this large job). Bottom line: I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. Rasit & his team were outstanding throughout the project in both quality & work ethic, with Rasit in particular being very approachable (I had lots of questions) throughout the project. All in all there isn't a single area for improvement I can identify which I think is a rare thing - so thank you very much gentlemen for your outstanding work!
