    Moving

    Never hired movers before so I was cautious when I was picking a mover. I called about 6 places which I realise is a lot but again worried. Simple Moves was the only one who made me feel comfortable about my move and helped me find a solution that worked best for my move

    Excellent service done by Landis and Nathen. they were on time, professional and very helpful during our move. they wrapped furniture and mattresses as promised. we tipped the movers for their great service

    Moving

    I had so may things to schedule for this move, cleaners, the Telus guy to hook up my internet, etc and Simple Moves by far was the easiest to deal with and made sure the schedule made sense for what was happening (what felt like) all at once

    I got a lot of emails from them but I'm glad I did because some of the reminders they sent made me realise I forgot something or reminded me of something else like changing my address for internet

    Nathen and Lanbis were great, seems like those guys have been working together a life time - careful around the corners, friendly and attentive to our needs. Hats off to the team.

    Everyone I was calling kept saying they were booked, so when Simple Moves said they could squeeze us in I was both releived and worried. I thought if they are the only ones left with a move team then tey probably are not going to be that great. But boy was I worng, I wish they were the first call I made, next time they will be

Our pricing seems to be too high for a lot of people, but they don't realize how hard it is to do our work and many people book low-ball, scammy estimates to then realize that the final invoice will be exactly what we would have promised from the beginning.     Great service, on time, in uniform, smiling, and overall joyous guys. The elevator broke down in our condo and poor guys ended up taking everything by hand to the second floor. At the end, we hugged and I tipped them for their extra effort.

    Simple Moves is by far the best moving company I have used. They get in there wasting no time, protecting the furniture and loading the truck very carefully -- it was a pleasure working with them, albeit somewhat more expensive than the competition.

    Made a long move to Kamloops and while they were much more than other companies, they managed to do my move in 3 days verse the other companies sayingit would take 1-2 weeks for arrival
