    Parging and backyard reno

    Fixed parging around the house, replaced polymeric sand on backyard patio interlock and replaced damaged lawn. Very professionally and timely done.

    Painting

    The painter was meticulous in his attention to detail, very respectful, clean, accommodating, and professional. At no additional charge, he took it upon himself to putty, and sand the wall where it required patching before he applied the paint. Leng, the owner of the company, is fair, transparent and honest. He provided me with a quote, told me that I wouldnt be able to find a better price, and told me that I should feel free to seek out other quotes to confirm the truth of his claim. He was right. No one came close to his price and as I said above, the work was excellent. I look forward to undertaking future project with LTIntegrity.

    Interlock and parging repair

    They came in when they said they would, worked very hard, and did a great job. I would certainly call them again for another job in the future.

    Fenced in the backyard

    Leng and his team did a great job of fencing in our backyard. The job was completed in two days. The team was highly skilled and courteous. We are very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend him. The price was also right. Thank you Tom and Joanne

    Parging of foundation walls and lifting of interlock driveway and front entrance

    Very professional and respectful attitude from the start and good planning, anticipation and explanation of work to be done; job completed within anticipated time delay, as well as good quality of work and done well and right the first time. The impression overall is that the owner ( Leng) and his employees are mindful of the importance of the quality of their work, that it will not have to be redone prematurely. They guarantee their work.

    lifting and levelling interlocking stones

    LT Integrity Improvements lifted a large portion of my front walkway, sloping the stones away from the house - an excellent job. I found the workers and the owner, Leng, to be very conscientious. Leng also replaced an ugly front step with one made from ornamental stone. They also lifted and levelled my backyard patio, leaving the stones 'wobble-free'. I would recommend LT Integrity Improvements for this type of work.

    Concrete work outside to seal wall to prevent water from entering the basement - also coating of inside basement wall.

    Everything was completed with skill, knowledge and clear, precise explanations. The business is run in a most professional manner with the owner and his workers honest, dependable and communicative.

    rebuilding of deck, installation of new railings, relaying of interlocking brick, replacement of fence posts

    Leng was extremely helpful is suggesting ways we could accomplish our objectives. He came up with economical and practical solutions to our problems. His crew were polite, neat and professional.

    Outside Stairs

    The company did a very nice job and on time, more than that they are reasonable in price. The stairs was badly damage by water and ice. They fix the stairs and now its just perfect and will last another 10 years.
