Build Composite Decks
Our experience with Matt (and Victor) at Infinity Decks was exceptional from start to finish. From the initial discussions about our vision for the deck design to its completion, Matt demonstrated unwavering patience and provided invaluable suggestions. His use of CAD during the concept phase was instrumental in creating a clear visual representation of the final design. He guided us thoughtfully through the material selection process, clearly outlining the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Matt presented a detailed estimate and project schedule. Despite unpredictable weather conditions, he consistently kept us updated with revised timelines and successfully met the target completion date. Matt's expertise and meticulous attention to detail were evident throughout the project, from constructing the essential supports and substructure to perfecting the visual appeal of the finished deck. We wholeheartedly recommend I.D. to anyone looking for top tier decking solution.

New Deck
It's nice to feel safe with a company that is working on your home. From the day Matt came to give an estimate, I knew it was a good choice. He was punctual. He listened to my concerns without being presumptuous. Explained my options clearly. He was friendly and had a good sense of humor. When they started, the crew was on time. Very professional & courteous. They kept everything tidy! They are definitely going on my list of referrals.

Deck Replacement
After trying to get my deck replaced with a number of contractors there was always some problem. I couldn't get it done in budget,or in the materials or colours I wanted. I got in touch with Infinity Deck. Matt made all the snags disappear I could get the deck I wanted, the way I wanted, at a price I wanted. Matt and crew were not only honest and professional but a real pleasure to work with. They showed and were pleasant daily and took time to explain what they were doing through the entire process. Matt's attention to detail was obvious and I believe he want above and beyond the scope of the project. I am very happy with the end result.

Left us with half a deck.
We signed a contract with Infinity Decks on Sept 3rd 2022 for a 2nd-story rear-deck. Digging began around October 10th 2022, estimated completion time-frame for the whole project was 5 weeks. 8 months later our deck was still only half completed (no stairs, railing, ceiling, electrical, etc.) as was agreed uponeven though we paid him 75% of the invoice amount. We tried to contact Matt multiple times to get progress updates, he either doesnt answer, or says hell be on site a certain day and then just doesnt show up. Point blank, he was unprofessional and inconsiderate. We ended up sending him a notice of future termination in mid-may 2023 if we didnt see any progression on the deck. The following day he showed up to collect whatever tools he left on the property. We havent heard or seen from him since. Would not recommend Infinity Decks.

Contractor take full payment and not complete work
I'm so disappointed with this contractor. This contractor had taken all my money, destroyed my gate, promised to come back to fix his mistake. Its been 6 weeks that he promised to come back to fix my gate but never show up, I called, leave messages and send text. No respond from Matt. Everyone who read this, beware of this contractor (Matt) he will promised you anything, as soon as he have your money, he will not complete his job. My gate is ruin.

New Second Story Deck
"Amazing" is all that I can say about Infinity Decks. Matt & his crew certainly did not disappoint. From the initial consult I knew that Infinity Decks was the company that we would go with. Matt proved to be very professional, courteous, diligent, and hard-working. The attention to detail and the little additions (solar lights) were a great added touch. He made the entire process as easy as possible for us. Now, we can't stop staring at our new deck! It looks beautiful... and the neighbours are envious. I know that my family and I will enjoy our new deck for many, many years.

Happy with the product and the service
Matt and his team were very professional and brought great ideas for our deck. They worked with us to get a design we liked with the features we wanted. The crew worked hard over the course of a couple of very hot weeks and were very professional throughout. My family and I are extremely happy with the work, and our neighbours have also commented on the great design and aesthetic.

Composite deck with tempered glass railings
Matt impressed me from the moment he came to take a look at my backyard in order to provide a quote, he was friendly, knowledgeable, very professional, made some good suggestions, and got back to me with a quote when he said he would. He worked with me and the town of EG to ensure my permit was issued without any hick ups and finally he delivered a beautiful deck that I now enjoy every day. Him and his team are fantastic to work with, the communication was open throughout the project and he always got back to me answering every question I had. I Love my new Deck!!!!!

New deck
From start to finish, we had a great experience with Matt and his team from Infinity Decks. From our initial visit with Matt to the completetion of the deck, his team provided top notch service that was professional and efficient, and they did everything in the scope of work from tear down to final installation of the railing systems in a matter of weeks. The deck looks amazing and we're looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. We highly recommend Matt and his team at Infinity Decks.

Deck Re-Construction
Matt and his team did an awesome job with our deck reconstruction. Matt came to do an initial site visit, prepared a quote quickly and provided a date to start the work. As a result of some scheduling adjusting, he was able to start the project a month early and complete within the promised time which was great and something you don't see often when having contract work done. The team was clean, thorough and Matt kept an open dialogue as the construction went though the process of being built. He added solar lights along the deck which was not requested but a nice added detail to the project, Overall, it was a great experience with him and I would highly recommend for anyone looking to have their deck built / redone. Thanks again!
