    Garage door repair

    One Friday night, I found my manual garage door handle had disengaged and my car was stuck inside. I called him late in the evening, he answered, I asked him to come by first thing in the morning on a Saturday. He arrived promptly, was very courteous, and fixed it in a matter of minutes for a reasonable price. It’s a pleasure to work with someone who clearly takes pride in his work and treats customers well, even when it’s a small job. It’s too bad he only does garage door repairs, otherwise I would feel confident using him for other repairs.

    Repair/replace broken garage door parts

    I needed a part repaired/replaced on my very old garage door. I found Premium Plus Garage Doors on HomeStars and called them early Friday morning hoping they would be able to come during the day to fix it. Not only did Hicham, the owner, come approximately 1-1/2 hours after we spoke, he was very efficient and quick with the repairs and explained everything to me. He knew exactly what was needed to fix the problem. He also took the time to adjust the springs on the garage door, fix another broken part and oiled everything so the door now opens and closes smoother. I also found him to be nice to talk to, knowledgeable and patient and felt comfortable with the work he did. His prices are reasonable and he seems to genuinely care about the work he does. He had another person with him who was also very nice, but unfortunately, I didn't get his name.

    Garage door replacement

    I contacted a number of highly rated garage door installers for quotes and what stood out with Hicham was that he was professional, patient, and took great pride in his craft. He is very prompt with his responses and during the installation, he took his time to make sure every is perfect. He also checked in with me after the installation to make sure I was happy. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing their garage door serviced or replaced.

    Replaced a section of the garage door

    Hicham is a very reliable man, he did a very good job and he was in time. He also helped me to find a painter for the front door and for the garage door .

    Double garage door

    Very professional and friendly staff. Hicham, the owner did the work on my house and I have never seen a skilled and dedicated tradesman like him. We had a bit of a challenge with our old garage door, but premium plus was the only company that was dedicated to help. Thanks again for your help, dedication and for the very nice garage door we have now !!

    New garage doors

    Hicham did an awesome job replacing my garage doors. He was friendly, polite and very easy to deal with. His workmanship was very clean and professional. I would highly recommend his services.

    Excellent quality install. If you’re looking for someone who cares about the door, service, trim and all aspects, Hicham is definitely the person to go to. He was recommended to me and I’ve recommended him to others already and my job was just done very recently. Thank you.

    Garage Door Springs and roller replacement

    Hicham responded within hours of my posting requirement for broken garage door spring, came out same day and recommended both doors springs be replaced. Completed work same day. Very pleasant and work completed to satisfaction. Recommend.

    Honest and reliable!

    This is my first time contacting someone from HomeStar and I was a little hesitant, however after my experience with Premium Plus Garage Doors I will not be concerned in the future. The service was quick, the owner was knowable and friendly and made this whole experience easy. The final results was exactly what I wanted and the quality is top notch!
