    Replaced broken torsion spring same day

    Don't let the relatively low number of reviews compared to the big dogs make you hesitant on using Alibaba. Hicham, the owner/operator, did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He gave me a call immediately after receiving my request for a quote. He then showed up a few hours later, on time, was very friendly, and efficiently replaced two springs. After replacing the springs, he went above and beyond by voluntarily tightening up loose bolts on the garage door itself and lubricating the rollers. Finally, he drove me to the bank and back because I didn't have enough money on hand. Overall, I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use Hicham again in the future.

    Install two Garage Door’s and one Garage Door Opener

    I’ll be brief, Hicham arrived on time and immediately went to work disassembling the old door. You can’t teach experience and he has it. There are few problems he would need to resolve that he hasn’t seen before. The work was very professional including clean up at the end. I would definitely recommend you try his services.

    Wood Door Repair

    Hicham was very responsive and gave us a reasonable quote. He was very easy to deal with and gave us good advice. We are deferring the job for now but when we are ready to get some work done, I will definitely call Hicham at Alibaba Garage Doors.

    Garage door/opener installation

    Garage door repair

    Came home to a broken garage door Saturday night. Upon inspection, the cable had broke on one side. Immediately sent out a service request via Homestars. Hachim contacted me right away and was at my house the next morning to fix it. He suggested that I change cables for the other side as well since it was showing signs of rust. Quick, reliable and excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend him.

    Garage door would close then open again.

    Door wouldn't stay closed. Used manual rope but latch mechanism wouldn't pull door closed or open. Followed over the phone advice et voila the latch mechanism on the rail came back and this time latched properly. Door now opens and closes as it should. Many thanks for advice that solved my problem without a service and at no charge. Excellent service from Hitham and Alibaba. 10 out of 10!!

    Garage Door

    Alibaba Garage Doors exceeded my expectations. Unlike other companies, they came to my home to provide a quote, answer questions and show samples. All the other companies just referred me to web sites. The staff were attentive to my follow up instructions and went the extra mile installing on a Saturday morning to ensure an installation before an open house later that day.     Great experience

    Hicham was fantastic. From job start to finish he was responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. We are very happy we decided to go with Alibaba to have our garage door replaced.
