    crawl space cleaning, duct cleaning, furnace service

    Invoice no's 72394 and 71844. We are very pleased with the service and quality of work done by New Look. Although the price is higher than some others, the quality of work reflects the price. We do not hesitate to recommend this company for quality work.

    Gas fireplace and furnace clean. Water tank replacement.

    I was impressed with both the work and the customer service. Craig did an excellent job of communicating the 'what' and 'why' of his recommendations. He took care of all the details and informed me on the latest safety codes. It is very reassuring to find a company I can trust. I will definitely let my friends know about this company.

    Awesome!

    I get these guys to clean my couches and rug every year. They always are friendly, prompt, and do a great job. I would strongly recommend them for their home services.

    Furnace cleaning

    We hadn't had our furnace ducts cleaned for several years and new look came out probably with multiple promotions and kind Professional Service. They did the job right which we couldn't say for the previous company that did it. Half of our very complicated ductwork was still full of garbage from years and owners past. Though it cost more than we expected it was done very well. We're even considering them for a furnace replacement in the coming years.

    Hotwater on Demand Tank

    We talked about having the Hotwater on Demand for while, we called New Look Home Services, they came within the week to give a quote and to make sure our gas line could accommodate the new Hotwater Tank, we booked right away, they called woth an installation date and time and they were here on time, they made sure that our family dog didn't get outside! Thank tou for the extra attention. They cleaned up after they were done, it was like they were mever there! We love our new Hotwater on Demand tank. I would highly recommend New Look Home Services.

    Duct cleaning and furnace maintenance

    Jon provided full explanations of all steps to be taken and any issues that he came across. The work area was left clean when they were finished their work. We would definitely look to New Look Chilliwack for future services. Invoice 72247

    Sofa and love seat cleaning

    Sofa looks great and Justin was very professional . Very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend new look we will be sure to use you for all our cleaning needs in the future. Thank you new look .

    Duct Cleaning (with sani); Carpet cleaning

    Many thanks to New Look Home Services for the great job cleaning and sanitizing the duct work in my house, and for cleaning the carpet. Office staff were helpful and really good-natured in scheduling appointments and follow-up. So a shout-out to Val & Crystal & Katie & Irene (& Pam?) The team - Justin & Chad - showed up when expected; worked quickly & effectively; were respectful & professional, and patient with skittish cats.

    Duct Cleaning (with sanitizer)

    We appreciated the quick & efficient service done by Jon & Chad. They were polite and respectful. Jon had to make a modification to attach to our furnace and did it no problem. We had 2 other duct cleaning crews in and they said they couldn’t do it & left. We will recommend & use New Look again!

    Carpet cleaned

    I want to give a huge Rave to Justin, who came in today and cleaned my carpets, he was very polite and even though my little 4year kept following him around he was very professional, and friendly, THANK YOU JUSTIN!!!
