    Customer service

    With times as they are and money not buying as much as it use to I thought I would pay out my contract. Thanks to Abhifhek we found another solution that I am very happy with. Great customer service! Thanks again Abhifhek ( I hope that is the right spelling)

    Filtration

    I have 2 units installed it does help with the bleach smell that used to be in water and the taste I feel more at ease knowing my system is filtered.

    Home water

    Every time I have every called about anything I was met with exceptional help. I called today to pay my bill and Joseph was so helpful and kind. I love the product I was sold and I love how easy it is to get in contact with an actual representative.

    Home water filter

    I was renting the home water filter for a few years. It was a great product. I really enjoyed having fresh cleaner water from all my taps. I recently moved and found my experiences with customer service very pleasant.

    Easy switch

    I was with green life which is now homewater. I was being charged way too much through my gas company for something I didn't even want.. I phoned to cancel and ended up keeping it at a lower rate because the customer service was so great!

    Great product and service

    Had this filtration system installed over 4 years ago and never had any issues. Greet product and good customer service.

    Product Whole house water filtration

    My name is Tony, I was been renting the whole house water system from home water company for 10 years until now, we are very happy, on Tuesday May 31, 2022 at 4:30pm. I did call the company and talked with Mr. Satwick to complain about the system we had about 10 years old and the bill is too high, Mr. Satwick written down the complaints and said let me talk to my manager and I will call you back tomorrow. I know a lot of company they said that but you never know if they will call you back or not. But surprise Mr. Satwick did call me back and offered us a new whole house water system also reduced down the bill more that were asking for. I would like to recommend the employee name Mr. Satwick to be the employee of the month, he is very polite, helpful, very patient but most important he kept his promised and return your call back. Thank you Mr. Satwick

    Perfect water filter system!!

    The best tasting water. The quality of water is amazing, tastes and smells so fresh. Easy to install and best of all they send me my filters when they need to be changed. Excellent service. Highly recommend this product to everyone.

    Great filer, awesome service!

    Were really happy with our filter. The service man was efficient and knowledgeable and he was very respectful of my property. This is a great filter and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve the water in their home.

    Water Filter15

    Got water filtration system last month. Install was easy, water tastes great. Customer service is very good!
