    Kohler Veil Install

    He was able to schedule a visit for us within a few business days and his work came in on budget. Karem was very professional and we are very satisfied with the result. Karem's expertise with Kohler was appreciated and he gave us peace of mind during the install and we know we have someone to call in the event we need service in the future.

    Repair of Karing, Kohler toilet

    Our very complicated, specialized toilet needed repair so we called HTO as Kohler trained experts. They came quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned as soon as the part was available. They were very professional, pleasant, careful of our home and most importantly, they fixed the problem! I highly recommend them for your "complicated"plumbing challenges.

    replaced shut off valves, fixed leaky faucets and replaced a burst water pipe

    Karem does excellent work. He is very professional, courteous, and conscientious! He completed all tasks in good time and left everything clean and tidy. He also replaced the wax ring under the toilet. I have used him for all my plumbing issues, and will continue to do so. I appreciate that he is prompt in returning text messages.

    Faulty Faucet

    I have a kitchen faucet that had no pressure and only a small amount of water dribbled out. HTO came and quickly resolved the problem and everything is back to normal. The service person was knowledgeable and efficient. He went out of his way to try to deal with Koehler to help me get a new part. They were no help but indeed the plumber tried everything he could! I am very pleased with his work.

    Repair Toilets & Replace fixtures

    Needed a couple repairs and fixtures replaced in two of my bathrooms and basement kitchen. Kerem was quick to respond and book an appointment that was convenient for me. He sent over Michael who was very polite, articulate and professional. Michael quickly assessed my numerous jobs and quoted a fair price. He was done in under 4 hours and the work was clean and proper. If and when future work pops up, I'll call these guys first.

    Repair

    I had a leak in a rental unit and Keram and his team provided immediate, efficient and excellent service! Andrew from HTO assessed the situation and told me what the issue was, he replaced the parts needed and completed the job in a very timely fashion. I was very impressed with this company and will definitely be using and referring them to others in the future! Honest reliable and experienced! 10 stars!

    Repair bathroom leak

    We had a very positive experience from their initial fast response and flexible appointment scheduling. Andrew arrived on time, listened carefully to our issue, and then found the problem and fixed it, explaining all very clearly. In just a few hours, including running out to get a part, we were done and back to a leak-free bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

    Kitchen sink blockage cleared and all the drains tested

    Repair heat loss in showers

    The hot water wasn't working in our showers. They not only repaired the problem but also recommended other fixes to ensure our system was working optimally. They were the first people to come and actually take the time to find the best solution. Two other plumbers had suggested a number of options but never actually addressed the real problem. Thanks for taking the time to do it right!

    Fix Leaky Pipes

    Responded very quickly and had the work done professionally within a few hours (response time plus actual work). The task was done in less time than the 2 hour minimum call time, so the person tackled other small plumbing tasks in the house.
