A part of our roof fascias were hanging loose due to a windstorm a couple days prior. Jay and his team came the next day after I called, and got the job done excellently. This work was especially difficult since we have a two-story house, with the height reaching over 40 feet. They also fastened other loose fascias, which was really appreciated. All this at a very reasonable price.

We had significant damage from a mother raccoon - twice. Jay was quick to respond, survey the damage and repair it immediately on both occasions. We have since used his service to recover that entire section of the roof. He was very professional in his approach with pictures of the damage, a quick quote and pictures of the repairs. The final job was completed quickly and efficiently. I would use his services again if necessary.

Jay and his colleague were excellent with communication. They patched our roof and even changed some of the worn shingles. They were quick, friendly, and professional! Jay responded to my request right away and was at my house the next morning. He was quickly able to diagnose the cause of our ceiling leak and repaired it within an hour. Jay is humble, honest and obviously takes pride in what he does. I would definitely recommend his services!

Master Roof Repair has fixed our roof two weeks ago. Water penetrated to our ceiling and we were concerned and desperately called some of the contractors in our area. Master Roof Repair has responded to our call. They were professional, efficient and timely. They cleaned well once they finished. The charge was reasonable.

Very professional, quick response, reasonable charges, overall very good. I called in morning and around 2 o’clock he came and looking damage give me resnable estimates and with in hour.

I am very grateful for this service. I needed emergency repairs done as my roof was leaking and part of the ceiling had fallen. I could not find a roofer willing to help because it was winter/snow. Not only did Master Roof return my call asap but they came within the same day! They were concerned because of heavy rains that they came during a rainy day so I wouldn't have any further damage. My roof was damaged by raccoons and weather, Jafar came to the rescue fast. Showed me pictures of damages and fixed it on no time. The works was done to perfection with pictures of before and after. Very professional and for an amazing price.

I was desperate, looking for the emergency roof repair and the roof replacement when the weather will permit . Received the phone call from Jay in the evening and the next morning he already was able to do the assessment ( during the winter storm!)and locate the main issue to our leaking roof. Jay is the most reliable worker I could ever find! His expertise and suggestions are very valuable! On Dec. 15th, 2019 my wife received multiple calls from her brother in panic saying the roof is leaking water inside the house, immediately my wife started looking, researching then called over 12 roofer companies. Jay is the only one returned her call within 30 minutes. He came to meet us within 2 hours to investigate & assess water leak situation, then the assessment result was worst then we expected; confirmed by pictures. The shingles we had suppose to last for 25 years, it's all falling apart at 20 years and crumbling. Jay is very nice, professional & understanding, even it's late in the season for shingles replacement, he said to us he will do the work but depends on his suppliers, he called around to work things out for my family. Under 15 minutes we got the good news that he has the materials and his team will do the emergency roof repair & Shingles replacement for my family. Even it was snowing, Jay & his team got it done. Many Thanks to Jay & his team. My family is safe & sound & no internal damage in the house. My family is very happy with the roof work, I have attached before & after pictures. One thing for sure you can trust them, they do excellent work & very reliable. I just wish our world has more people like jay & his team, thanks for your awesomeness!!!
