We had vinyl installed for about 700 sqft and stairwell. I removed the carpet myself (and that shaved off $1k from the quote), and they removed the existing hardwood flooring. Brothers flooring came as per scheduled, and finished as per schedule. Faddy and George and their team are hard working, highly skilled, punctual, honest and sincere. They are very diligent and work nonstop around the clock to finish the project in a timely manner. Highly detailed and perfectionists and refuse to have anything less than perfection! They are well priced and of good value especially considering the quality of work. I have compared with other quotes and a friend who owns a reno business and they stated that the brothers charge a very fair price, not over or under. The planning process with Michelle was great and she was timely in responses. She was helpful to guide us through the options in baseboards, posts and spindles. They secured our date ahead of time, and the estimation and quote process was great and the invoice was detailed with specific line items for each cost, not all flooring companies do this. They came to do a free estimation and they were quick and on time. There was never any pressure and they always replied to work with our budget and not to exceed if not necessary. They cleaned the place well. Make sure to plan ahead to get some painting done afterwards especially if you are getting new baseboards. Our Neighbour and friends are interior designers in the Reno business and marvelled at their craftsmanship and timeliness. Note: I provided the flooring myself.

I wish all business ran this smoothly. Their sales rep was knowledgeable, easy to work with, communicated well, followed up promptly, and referred all of my technical questions to one of their installers, who gave clear and helpful answers. The work was done quickly. The floors turned out great. They caused no ancillary damage to the property (no scratched walls, that kind of thing). Billing was clear and orderly. Let me put it this way: I had to get my floors replaced while I was stuck on the other side of the planet on business. It ended up being less work than cancelling my insurance plan with TD. Nothing went wrong. Miraculous.

We renovated our bathroom and flooring whole house and they were friendly, personable, on schedule, excellent job, very cost effective to our budget, fadi walked us through and when we encountered challenges was quick to rectify and very professional.., we chose the right people to do the job,,, infact we chose them again to do another property just all round fantastic experience and would heartily recommend!!!

Very professional and helpful service, with no hassle. Installation was quick and well done - although they left me the pallet to disposed of after the job was done. Cost incl the flooring and installation.

Faddy and his team did an absolutely beautiful job of finishing my stairs with oak flooring that I provided. Excellent communication, clear pricing, and spectacular workmanship. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I brought The Brothers' Flooring aboard for a client's project. The clients struggled for a while trying to find a flooring contractor that they could connect with on the trust level for their bigger reno project consisting of second floor flooring demo and install, staircase refinish and ensuite tiling. I'm very happy and so are the clients with the great results that we got with The Brothers flooring. I can't say enough about the excellent work that Faddy, George and their team did installing wide plank engineered hardwood, refinishing 2 flights of stairs and tiling the ensuite. Their team is extremely hard working, very friendly and treats clients' houses as their own. Faddy is very attentive and detail oriented, he would see to my design-related needs or clients' concerns right away, his main and only priority is to make clients happy and deliver no less than the perfect results. Renovations often give unexpected complications half way through, and those are The True testers of the contractor you're working with. Faddy gave as much time and expertise as was needed to continue progressing and to stay within the timelines when obstacles were arising. And that made all the difference next to the excellent workmanship in this project. Every box is checked: quality of work is outstanding, timelines were met despite a couple of "surprises" surfacing, the property was cleaned every day and after completion it was cleaned to the point that the client didn't have to. I recently hired The Brothers Flooring for a home improvement project, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. You will be extremely satisfied with the professionalism, quality of work, cleanliness of the job site, and skill set of the work team. Fady and George are top-notch at what they do and are well-skilled at their job. They did two floors of hardwood flooring and a bathroom renovation. I wrote a 5-star review when they performed their work in December 2021, and am compelled to write another one because its about the longevity and long-standing competency of work done years after. It was a pleasure working with Brothers flooring, installers are very knowledgeable and professional, they take every detail into consideration, our project was completed efficiently and in timely manner. The premises were cleaned and all left over materials were collected and discarded. We highly recommends Brothers flooring not only for high quality work but for a peace of mind. Definitely will be hiring them for future projects.

The team's work practices were great, though several long days. George's work in particular was excellent and customized. The cleanup each day and at the end of the project was also good and appreciated.
