We think it was a small tornado that hit us. Warner roofing came to the rescue today. They were on time, thorough, and honest. They left jo mess, and Sara is amazing to deal with. We will be doing our shingles with them, as their work is exceptional.

Warner had my roof repair under way in less than 2 hours from phoning them. They also made recommendations to use an upgraded shingle for my next roof installation. In this kind of weather, you need a company that will provide fast and reliable service. Warner roofing provided that service.

Prompt service, with an extremely courteous and helpful crew, who made a temporary fix to a hole in my roof at no charge while material was on order. They also fully inspected my roof and sealed a few screw holes made by the person who placed metal screens over my vents, again at no charge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Warner Roofing to anyone.

Recently there was an issue with the caulking separating from the flashing over my two verandahs. I contacted Warners Roofing by phone; Sara replied immediately and assured me that someone would be in touch. Amanda called back shortly and an appointment was booked for the next week (the repair was not urgent). When Jacob, the roofing technician came out to address the issue, he was on time, very courteous and listened respectfully to my concerns. After he assessed and completed the repairs; he explained to me in detail what he had done and informed me that I would be receiving before and after photos of the site. Even though this was a small job, all work was carried out promptly and cleanly. I have absolutely no qualms in recommending Warner Roofing to anyone who has roofing concerns.

This company is so trustworthy, after requesting an estimate quote for complete roof replacement the representative Andrew completed his investigation and was worried about any further damage to the exposed plywood from rain expected for the next 5 days quickly had a crew on the roof the next morning and did a repair which they guarantee and since I was still awaiting the estimate if I agree to the terms and cost of the complete replacement of roof will give me credit for some the the repair cost . I really appreciated the respectable,efficient and honest crew since they documented the repair before and after with pictures, I'm really looking forward to work with this company again when I have the roof replaced...GREAT JOB !
