    Residential Main Floor Refinishing

    We hired Jason and his team based on a competitive quote and the reviews that we read on Home Stars. We needed to have approximately 1000 sq ft of pine floors completed refinished. Toronto Restoration Services was on time, on budget, provided great recommendations, they were professional and left the house nice and clean. We’re extremely happy that we found this company and we’re very satisfied with the result. We will gladly recommend them! See the before and after photos

    Living room Restoration

    Jason and his team were very responsive to our last minute request on homestars. We were well underway on our living room renovation when we decided we wanted to change the colour of our hardwood and we asked for the quote. They were very professional and the advice Jason gave us on choosing the new stain and finish was invaluable. Very happy with the results. Thank you!

    Floor and stair refinishing

    Jason was very responsive and professional throughout. He was honest about the color of stain that would work and explained why that was the case. Kept to the schedule and kept us informed of progress.

    Hardwood floor refinished

    Jason/TRS came recommended and it turned out great. He was easy to work with and flexible to meet our needs. The finished product gave the home a whole new look and was worth every penny.

    Old and damaged flooring is now beautiful!

    Jason and his crew went above and beyond, refinishing our old and damaged hardwood, persevering despite one difficulty after another. And now are floors are a pleasure to look at! Couldn’t recommend this service more highly.

    Incredible experience... Would rate more than 10 if I could!

    Jason and his team were incredible to work with. From his diligence in addressing all our questions before we made the decision to the point the job was complete, it was a pleasant experience all around. Jason takes incredible pride in his work and gives his 110% every time! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to refresh their floors - it makes your home feel brand new!

    Main floor sanding and varnishing

    Our project was a smaller project but even at the minimum cost we were very pleased with the result. Despite a slight change in their timeline, Jason and his crew took pride in their work and completed the job with surprisingly minimal dust. They had the proper equipment and experience to do the job efficiently vs DIY.

    Main Floor Restored

    After meeting with four flooring companies, we choose Jason's services. He was extremely professional, timely, provided a detailed quote, and we appreciated that he only focuses on restoring floors. He also brought colour samples with him to our initial meeting, which the other companies didn't. We had damage to our floors from a recent kitchen reno, plus wear and tear over 25 years. We also had a small pony wall removed to put in a railing and the wood used didn't match our floors, so wanted that to blend in. We took Jason's advice on completely changing the colour of the floor and we are so glad we did! Jason's crew completed the job when promised and there was barely any dust or smell in the house, it was amazing! Plus, all parts of the house that needed to be taken apart (cord around, spindles etc) were put back perfectly. The floors look brand new! I highly recommend.

    Jason - The Restoration King

    Truly don’t have words to say how happy we are with Jason’s work. He is a master at his work and completely blew us away with the end result. The hardwood just doesn’t look great restored, it literally looks like new. We are so lucky to have found Jason and would highly recommend to anyone needing some restoration magic. Just sit back and watch things happen.

    Main floor sand and staining

    Jason was super responsive, very professional and the floor looks amazing! For the impact it’s made on the house, I can’t imagine much better value for the dollar. He went over stains with us and always laid out the expectations and experience. Highly recommended.
