Kitchen renovation. Structural beam installation.
Dallas of Denning Enterprises was the successful bidder for a structural beam installation for my kitchen renovation in a condo building in Calgary. Dallas was super easy to work with and took the time to visit the site, ask clarifying questions to indicate that he understood the scope and provided a fair and professional quote very quickly. Once I selected Dallas for the job he was very accommodating in scheduling (even though he had a baby arriving the week I needed the work done... Congratulations!) He arrived on site when he said he would and worked quickly and followed the engineer's drawings explicitly and only made minor modifications to the installation with the approval of the engineer. This professionalism gave me high confidence that I would be able to receive the approval from both the engineer and the city inspector for the completed work. I highly recommend Denning Enterprises for any construction contracting you need done.

interior reno
I had an interior reno done to 1990's house that needed repairs and an upgrade. Everything has been changed from the yellow oak/brass to bushed nickel, quartz that looks like Carrera marble, off white moldings cabinets, doors and any wooden trims. The reno included the ceilings, floors, all fixtures/hardware was changed. Everything was painted and/or stained except for newly installed engineered brown oak floors and a drop down ceiling. The only demo was a half wall that has now opened up the space between the family room and the kitchen. I have several areas that have a wow factor - the ensuite bathroom, the kitchen, the laundry room (who knew), and the family room with its floor to ceiling ledgestone mid -century modern fireplace that works exceptionally well. All was done on time, and on budget. The trades were all polite and professional. I am using Denning now to do the outside of my house as I need my roof redone and other things. I found that he is very careful to ensure that the job will be well done, and reasonable in expense. Function is most important to ensure that my roof will be well built to continue to prevent any water damage, as well as looking nice.

Wall Repair
This was a wall repair surrounding a elevator shaft located on the 10th floor of a floor mill.

Electrical repair
An outside outlet kept tripping off and eventually stopped working. Another outside outlet also had issues with tripping. The electrician showed & explained the problems, replaced the outlets and all outside outlet covers...even going out of his way to get more suitable covers based on our usage.He was professional, personable, quick, and reasonably priced.

Enclosed the deck
The work was done fast and well. Matched the new brick perfectly to the old. The end result looks amazing and we couldn't be happier!!

Bathroom Reno
Denning Enterprise was great to work with from start to finish of our project. From the timeline to the budget everything stayed on track. Communication was on point and Denning Enterprise went the extra mile to make everything happen as we envisioned. We would and will recommend Dallas to our friends and family.

Basement Bathroom Renovation
We are very pleased with the final product and the quality of the work done in our home. The job was completed ahead of schedule and within the proposed budget. All sub trades were fantastic and professional. Dallas is a great project manager and we are very happy with how everything turned out.

backyard fence
Denning Enterprise Ltd. took down our old backyard fence and built a beautiful impeccably constructed new fence. The cost was competitive and completed in a timely manner. The workmanship was superb and drew many positive remarks from neighbours stating " the fence was built properly". I would highly recommend Denning Enterprises Ltd.

Foundation Parging
Needed to have my old cinderblock crawlspace parged to seal in the foundation and clean-up the look of the home. Denning Enterprises' contractor was very efficient and did an outstanding job. They were very understanding of working around my other contractors lined up and completed the job as scheduled. Highly recommended for any parging or stucco works!

Cement pad and electricial for a hot tub
Had a 8' X 10' cement pad poured for a hot tub. Also the got an electrical line ran form the garage panel to power the hot tub. Denning Enterprise Ltd. did a great job, I am very happy with their work.
