We have used Aquality for many years and have always had prompt efficient reliable service with any questions or concerns addressed immediately and fully.

Nightmare situation you only hear about. Long story short, was quoted more than $4000 ($2000 deposit) for a new bathtub and toilet. I recieved a bunch of holes in my walls and ceiling, insulation taken out (during cold snap), no shower and a $600 toilet. They made several huge mistakes and wipped their hands clean of me and said, "well, I guess that's you're problem now"

Chris with Aquality showed up on time to install the customer-supplied smart thermostat that we bought on Amazon. He knew exactly what to do despite never seeing this unit before and got the thermostat installed and functional within 1 hour of his arrival. I worked with Dawn at AQuality Plumbing and Heating to supply and install range hood fan vent for my kitchen renovation. They were very consultative in their approach. The provided a recommendation on the optimal CFM for the hood fan and installation options. They complete their work on time and on budget.

Aquality plumbing and heating is very trustworthy from the time you call Dawn to discuss the situation to when the Aquality tech arrives to when they do the work and leave your place better than how they found it. I have a sense that they treat your home like its their own. They say they are good at communication and fair pricing and that is true. They always tell us whats happening and how much it is and what our options are and then their pricing is very good especially considering how trustworthy they are. Full five stars!!

I've used Aquality Plumbing several times for work in regards to my rental unit, as recently as December of last year, I'm apologize for not leaving a review earlier. From start to finish the interaction with the team in getting a quote, and then getting booked in was pain free and hassle free. The work was done (in the most recent case a replacement of a leaky faucet) quickly and much to the satisfaction of my tenant with little fuss. I whole recommend them for such an easy hassle free experience.

Aquality installed 2 new high efficiency furnaces in our home. David worked patiently with me to recommend 3 viable and alternative options for replacing our 2 existing 56 year old furnaces. I was delighted with the time David took, the proffesional advice he offered, and the resulting furnaces he installed. Aquality continues to be our vendor of choice for our plumbing and heating needs. He worked through Adam and Lee at AirTowne for this job, and Wow Adam and Lee (and Kendra!) are great people too, and really know their way around HVAC. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David and Aquility for plumbing AND heating, and can now say the same for Adam and Lee at AirTowne.
