I have known the owner Brad from Grizzly Plumbing And Heating Inc for some time. He was instrumental for completing a number of jobs in my 100 year old Victorian house in the past including: 1) exchanging 2 oversized old radiators with lower profile 2nd hand radiators from Addison's Inc. and 2) installing a gas line from the front of the house to a completely renovated new kitchen to connect to a new Bosh gas stove, as well as various other plumbing tasks for the new kitchen. This time around I wanted to replace my old inefficient Slant Fin boiler and rented water heater plus an additional electric water heater with an energy efficient boiler and water heater to supply hot water and hydronic heating to my 3600 square foot 3 story house. Brad came to assess the job and provided me with a very detailed estimate. The scheduled date was reasonable especially during the current high demand for plumbing work. The Grizzly team removed the old boiler and water heaters to the outside, and replaced it with an energy efficient Navien NHB 150 boiler and a 65 gallon stainless steel water heater in the basement of the house. The work was completed as scheduled, the job site was left clean, and the new system works impressively well. Based on this job and my previous experience, I highly recommend Grizzly for any type of plumbing and/or water heating installation and repair.

Although this was a bigger job and somewhat intimidating for us as homeowners, but needed to be done, due to ongoing issues. Grizzly we’re reliable and open to answering questions. They were well organized and quick to respond to concerns. Work was done on the suggested date in an efficient manner. Friendly reliable service.

We have used the Grizzly Plumbers for several jobs over several years . The biggest was digging down 10 feet to the sewer pipe outside the house and replacing clay pipe penetrated by tree roots. The smallest was adjusting bathtub taps to improve the water flow. They arrive on time, or keep us posted if there's a delay. They are cheerful and professional. When a job becomes more complicated and expensive than expected they quickly tell us why, what our options are, and how much it is going to cost. These guys are great!

The Grizzly team under Calvin was such a pleasure to deal with! From coming up with creative solutions to challenges my space presented, to delivery, installation and clean-up... they were great. Calvin is very knowledgeable, foresees the challenges, and works quickly, quietly and efficiently. Yesterday a crew from Grizzly did excellent work tracking down why most of my home radiators were cold, and replacing the expansion tank and several defective valves on my hot water heating circuit. The work was done quickly, carefully, and cleanly. Many thanks for whacking all the problems in one visit.

Calvin and Andrew have been complete professionals since our first conversation. If you are looking for hard working, friendly honest experts in their field then stop looking for a better company. You found them right here. They came, they communicated, they fixed. Grizzly Plumbing and Heating replaced our sewer stack, replaced and added new kitchen plumbing to include installation of a dishwasher in April 2020. We had them out in February 2021 to move and replace underground plumbing to assist in establishing a laundry/powder basement room. Just a week later they removed and reconfigured gas piping in our basement to allow for more headspace in our 120 year old house. Value for your money with positive results. There is nothing better than that. Yes, we recommend!!!

Brad and his crew did a great job replacing our boiler and it was done for a very fair price. I love the fact that you deal with an owner of the company who is very knowledgeable and cares for the work they do. Unlike some of the other companies who sub out the install, they do it themselves. Grizzly Plumbing and Heating will be the one and only company doing work on our heating system going forward
