Bill contacted me as soon as I placed the project on Home Stars. He was very courteous and gave me a quote right away. Once at our home the day after, he worked at installing the correct cartridge after 1 cartridge did not fit properly. We were very appreciative of the time he took to ensure the job was done properly. It took as little as 10 minutes after submitting my request on the website to be contacted. My installation was done within a 4 hour window on the day I requested it. I was very impressed. My installer was promptly on time, kept a clean work area and disposed of my old faucet. Best of all..payment was easy. He had a terminal to receive debit or credit card payments. I had a leak coming through the ceiling fan in my main floor powder room that travelled in the wall to the basement. Called GTA plumbing to come and fix it. Within 5 minutes of being at my house they had cut into the wall in my upstairs bathroom to check the tub - no issues with the tub. Then they changed the seal on the toilet despite it being a fairly new toilet. They kept telling me it wasn't a plumbing issue because everything was dry. It seemed like they couldn't leave fast enough. Needless to say it continued to leak. I didn't have them back for a second look and I wouldn't recommend.Answer from pro:
