Mili Air replaced a heat pump in my office in 2020. They did it with very short notice and was in a difficult location. From the initial discussion to the final clean-up, all was done very professionally and with a great deal of care. I have since had them replace a hot water tank and also recommended them to 3 other people (air conditioner repair, gas line installation, replace air conditioner and install hot water tank) who were equally pleased with the service and all at a very fair price.

We were looking to install a Humidifier and HEPA filter onto our existing central heating system. Milad spent the time to walk through several options and make recommendations based on our system and needs. He responded quickly and we were able to get the items install with minimal trouble in a couple of days. We're now static free in our house, and would highly recommend Milad and will definitely use his services again!

Burning smell from the HVAC in winter. My tenant had to turn off the heating out of concern. The heat pump was installed 40 years ago and was not easy to get. Milad had to cut through the walls to get access to the unit. Ultimately, Milad was able to help us get to the root of the issue. Luckily parts were available on the same day and everything came together nicely. Milad was good to work with given that we had an 11 hr time difference between us. I have no issues to recommend Milad to others.

Very responsive and friendly. He did a very clean job and left no mess behind. He also gave me fair price for the water sourced Heat Pump maintance. I would definitely recommend his service!
