    Fair price

    After a complete examination, the specialist understood exactly what needed to be done with our refrigerator. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly till everything was perfect. the pricing is really fair.

    Superior service

    Appliance Repair Expert team provided superior service with my dishwasher. I've contacted it a few times, and they always return my calls swiftly and repair the appliance with 100 % of the result.

    Horrible customer service

    We hired this company to do a repair on our stove. At first everything seemed good as they said they would come the next day, between 12-4pm. But no show. No calls. Nothing. I had to chase them down. They said they'd come back in two days again between 12-4. No show again. No calls. Nothing. That's two days of staying home from work with no acknowledgement, explanation or apology. When I called them, they say to "Press 1" for a manager. I left two voice messages with Vito. No one ever called back. On the third try, the guy came 1.5 hrs early. Suddenly, once the repair was done, they started calling multiple times a day to get their money. Not a business I would ever recommend.

    Great Suggestion!

    Overnight, my fridge freezer died. There was no electricity and it was lighting. Harry was able to come out that morning to fix my frozen food. He identified the problem and had the necessary part on hand to repair it the same day.

    Great Service.

    Called Appliance Repair Expert and tech arrived on schedule the next morning. he fixed a washer that was leaking and noisy, had replacement parts, and was quite reasonable priced. This service has exceeded y expectations.

    This was terrible

    We told the company and the technician, before he came, that we had an LG product. When the technician arrived he called a friend who told him that LG fridges need to have the compressor replaced by LG. Our tech didn't know he couldn't just add freon. They should have told us this before they came. They charged us $100 for showing up regardless. Credit for coming on Christmas day, but this was a just a money-grab.

    Decent service, until you ask for additional support

    I hired Appliance Repair Expert to take a look at my broken dryer, and they sent over Daniyal over. At the time he was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing, so I hired him to go ahead with the repairs. Unfortunately, less than a month later, the dryer is broken again, with the exact same issue as before. Since their services were guaranteed for 30 days, I reached out to customer service on the Appliance Repair Experts website and they told me to contact the technician. So I reached out to Daniyal multiple times to see if he could come back and take a look, but didn't get a response. I went back to customer support, and they told me to contact his manager, but the manager also didn't reply either. Any refund requests would also need to go through the manager, who is still unreachable. I contacted customer service again regarding the refund and they said it will be processed in 2-3 business days, but haven't sent any confirmation. I'm still waiting for this "refund". If you go with their service, just hope that the issue doesn't reoccur, and you need to contact them again.

    Excellent performance!

    Excellent performance. Unfortunately, the range hood is beyond repair, nevertheless , I am hopeful that Appliance Repair Expert may be able to assist us with other appliances in the future. I will tell about you to my friends and relatives.

    Very dissapointed

    Billed to high even from the 5 minute initial consult. It has been a month of back and forth with no solution, no fix, no customer service. Think twice before hiring them. I should've bought a new dishwasher! Not worth your time, effort or peace of mind.
