I had my dishwasher fixed with these guys last month. Everything took approximately 40-50 minutes which was pretty fast. As of now, the machine runs smoothly with no complaints.Thank you Appliance Repair Experts.

Their website has BBB logo on it which is deceiving! They are NOT BBB Accredited business. Called in a Service Request (Jun 9, 2021). Alex attended to the Work Order on Jun 11, 2021. Alex assessed the washing machine and said they need parts which will arrive in 4 weeks (1 month). Parts order approved on Jun 21, 2021. 6 weeks passed without an update. 4 MONTHS passed, no one called... Sep 28 – Called vendor and left VM – no call back Sep 29 - Called vendor, left VM – no call back Sep 30 – Called vendor, left VM – no call back Oct 4 – Called vendor, left VM – no call back Oct 5 – Called vendor, final spoke with Alexandra, they don't know when the parts will come in, she offered to cancel order, I told her that its the easy way out but doesn't solve the problem. I asked to find out where the parts are and call us back with an update. Oct 8 – Vendor didn’t call… Called vendor, Alexandra said she will call back at 5PM. Oct 24- Vendor didn’t call to date. This company also used our logo on their website WITHOUT our consent to gain credibility which they clearly do not deserve.... We are removing this company from our database and will issue a notice to remove our logo from their site or we will proceed with a legal action.

Can certainly recommend Appliance Repair Expert! Just great! It feels like it will be a friendship for a long time. I am very pleased with the work which is done!

RUN! The 1st time I called them, the technician didn't came neither give a call or tried to reschedule. The 2nd time I called, their "technician" came to look over the microwave to provide a quote. He BROKE another part (the front vent) and leave WITHOUT mentioning it. This part alone is around another C$100.00! I called their manager and he said he was going to look after the case and provide a solution in one or two days. He never returned any calls or a single email. All subsequent calls go direct to the voice mail. And last but not least, on their site, they do not accept bad reviews. If there is a worst service on Earth is yet to know... Avoid at all costs!

Great company! Which can solve non-standard problems in repair. The refrigerator was fixed quickly and with high quality. The availability of quality tools and consumables was very important to me. I sincerely recommend everyone to contact Appliance Repair Expert!

I paid just under 249 dollars for my washer to be repaired and did not receive that service. The technician did not provide a real diagnosis, but told me it needed some kind of pump, which would need to be ordered. After three weeks of me calling, he showed up with a door lock, and pretended to install it- tried to fool me; my washer did not need a new door lock. When I called him out on it, he began to give some nonsensical explanation and he was asked to leave. I called their office to ask for a refund, and three weeks later and after at least four phone calls, I am told that a refund has been issued- I have not received it. The manager actually hung up the phone on me this morning. This is the kind of 'business' they run. Like a previous reviewer said- they wasted my time, but I also paid 249 dollars for nothing. These are the kind of people they are!

I called this company and it took over a week for a repair guy to show. he told me that I needed a very expensive part. I agreed to hire him and paid the diagnostic fee (130) as a condition of hiring him. 5 weeks went by with no call or text. I finally had enough and called him. He then quoted me the job 300 bucks higher. I said no. I contacted another company and turns out the original repair person had the wrong diagnostic and the parts needed were much cheaper. I asked for a refund and they told me to beat it and hung up on me!

Do not use this company. Technician showed up for the visit talking on his phone the entire time in some foreign language. He then assessed the issue and said he needed to order the part. Said it could take up to 2 weeks arrive and to wait until then. Two weeks later, I called to follow up and then was scheduled for the second appointment the next week to finally fix the problem. Technician didn't show. Called customer service and rep told me that the Technician is sick and he needs to assign another Technician to my case and could take up to a month. I demanded a refund for any money that I paid. This company is terrible. The Technician was rude for being on his phone the entire time during his visit and then stood me up for the second visit. Their Customer Service is also pretty bad too... was on the phone with Vito and he seems pretty clueless.

Great! The technician from Appliance Repair Expert arrived on time, changed the relay for the refrigerator WESTINGHOUSE. The wizard worked very well! I liked the service of the company, everything was fast and efficient. It was the first time when I cooperated and I liked it!
