Jack fixed our cooktop yesterday. This is the second time Jack has helped us and gave us great tips. Very professional and down to earth. I recommend this company for a quick response and good customer service.

We had a very challenging issue with our stove. I called with a lot of questions and hesitation as I had bad experience with other providers. The work went as planned. Tech Edgar was knowledgeable and thorough. Definitely will recommend and use Appliance Repair Experts again for other appliance issues.

Easy to schedule the appointment. My husband called to fix our washing machine and tech Philip showed up the same day. This is the best experience we have ever had with any repair organization.

This was the first time I'd ever had to have my fridge repaired. It was leaking and we called for service. Technician Mike was in the neighbourhood and able to arrive within an hour. Very happy with the Appliance Repair Experts.

We have been lucky enough to have Philip fix our fridge. The service call fee was reasonable. He repaired our refrigerator in less than an hour. I am happy to recommend Appliance Repair Experts to anyone who needs fridge repaired.

Even though the Tech came out on a Sunday I was not impressed with the service call. Tech showed up and unplugged an LG Fridge evaporator fan connector and re-connected it and the fan started working and he insisted that the fridge would now work. 2 hours later the fridge started getting warm again and was even worse than before. Tech came out on Monday evening and "thought" that the compressor was not functioning or was low on refrigerant. No definitive diagnosis was given and the tech was not qualified to do any work with refrigerant or the Compressor. A complete waste of time & money as I now need to call a "real" certified LG Technician to properly diagnose the problem. Tech was not even versed in the on-board diagnostic function of the fridge. After reading the service manual I knew more than he did. An absolute waste of time and $213.00 for a so-called "diagnosis". This company should focus on hiring technicians that are more brand-specific knowledgeable as "jacks of all trades" are a thing of the past. EDIT: LG Tech came out to look at the fridge and knew right way the compressor needed to be replaced. This tech made the other one that showed up from this company look like a rank amateur.

I had an appointment with a technician booked between 9am and 1pm today. At 1:15 I called the company to find out where the technician was and they transferred me directly to the technician without even advising me they were doing so. When the technician got on the phone he sounded confused and his 1st response was to tell me to contact the company directly. When i told him the company transferred me directly to him he asked who i was and where i lived, He then said he might be there in an hour or so. i was upset by this time and let the technician know it but i did not cancel the service request, No one ever showed and an entire day was lost. No empathy or apology was given.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I called this company to replace the drain hose from my dishwasher. The service call was $186, for a technician to come and see what has to be done. Service call can be applied towards the final bill, once the repair is done…. While technician was there, I got a call from HQ of Appliance Repair Expert. They called to let me know it was a drain hose, and quoted $734.50 with tax. Just to replace a drain hose, which costs $47 at Amazon. Gauging, that’s the only way to explain… they quote astronomical prices to fix simple things, so either you fall for it, or you don't do it and they get to keep $186 for service call. It's not cool, taking advantage of small business in this difficult times. Do your self a favour, do not use this company
