They came in diagnosed the problem. They told me I have some faulty parts that need replacing. I agreed and 2 weeks later they came to install. 10 days after that, the same problem occurred. Tried texting the technician but no response. Called the company multiple times. I'm directed to their customer service department who tell me they will be in touch with the technician to contact me. I have tried this multiple times and NO ONE CALLS BACK. STAY AWAY!!

The Tech came in for the service but left the drier vent unproperly installed, the air instead of going out the house is coming back to the laundry room, it could be Carbone Monoxided in the house, the room is very hot and steem up. I have called since the day off , havent been able to do laundry but they dont care, the technitian keep saying he is coming but nothinig is really fustraiting, I can belived the level of irresponsability !

I hired this company to do some repairs on the refrigerator. The company was very prompt contacting initially. After the work was done the same problem resurfaced within 15 days. Tried to reach the compny for a month and no replies. The company does not stand by their word and work. Do not work with this company at all.

Service was faulty and they are not returning emails or calls. They also charged me $100+ more than the second repair company I called that fixed my fridge. Incorrect parts and repairs were done and they refuse to acknowledge their responsibility.

We called Appliance Repair Expert to repair the 5 year old stove with 2 burners not working, other 3 were working fine, technician Shafiq came and said motherboard need replacement and cost us $380, after waiting for a week he replaced the board , but next day all the burners stopped working , called him back , tech didn't show up for booked appointments 2 times, then finally came and said another motherboard need replacement that will cost $380 more. This company offered 90 day warranty on first repair, but they did cover anything. I called the company supervisor or manager but they started hanging up phone on us and later blocked my number, no one get back to us as promised by then from last few days. Their customer service people are in some other country taking calls, and same person becomes customer rep, manager and supervisor. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this company that will take your money without any service.

This company is NOT to be trusted or relied on. I regrettably hired them to service a leaky dishwasher. Technician diagnosed and replaced pump hose. Several days later, water leakage returned. He came back and tried to replace the pump, this too was not the solution. He said he would return with another part but each time I expected to hear from him he was a no-show! I then called the manager re: my issues, my service was re-booked with same technician who, again, was a no-show!. This nonsense took place for weeks while I continued to wash my dishes by hand. Eventually I received an email from "quality control" manager who blew me off with "we are unable to produce a refund and apologize for the inconvenience and unfavorable experience" !. I suspect this is a typical response that implies "we got your $, thanks very much, were done!" I am out $330 for a non-repair and ended up buying a new dishwasher. I've never experienced a more unprofessional and untrustworthy encounter with a business, it amazes me that they continue to operate. Highly UN-recommend!

Technician came out on August 29th to look at an issue with our fridge. Said they needed to order parts, and despite repeated calls and promises to follow up, we still do not have a resolution or a fixed fridge. Each time we called and requested to speak to a manager, the call dropped. When we finally did get to speak with a manager, we were told we needed to e-mail a complaint in order to receive a refund. We sent several e-mails without a response. Avoid Appliance Repair Experts, they are not trustworthy and we are out several hundred dollars as a result.

This company seems to be committing fraud. Similar story to a lot of other reviewers - they took our money to allegedly order parts for our dishwasher and our fridge. We chased them for months trying to get an appointment to actually do the repairs. They would book and then not show up. When we would call their office, they would conveniently drop the call. Stay away from this company. With the amount of money they've taken from people, I hope the police get involved soon.

Fixed my fridge twice broke a third time month later and they would not come fix for free. I sent complaints but my emails were ignored. Never again - do not use.

The technician told me to repair for repair over 500 dollar. Then, I decided to buy new laundry with the same payment, but he charged me 130 dollar for checking.
