Fence installation
Lucas and the All In One team did a fantastic job. This fence line had some very challenging conditions with shallow topsoil on top of hard bedrock layer. They engineered a first rate, professional installation that I am confident will last for years to come.

New Sod and Mulch
Lucas, owner of All In One Landscaping has a very bright future ahead of himself, and while Lucas might be a 'younger' business owner, I have no doubt that he will go far and be very successful. From the moment I first sourced All In One Landscaping on HomeStars, through to completion of our project, I was nothing short of impressed with both Lucas and his team. What initially resonated with me was the fact that Lucas showed up on time for our consultation, returned every email and/or phone call promptly and presented himself in a friendly, honest, approachable, yet very professional manner. We are extremely picky homeowners and one of the reasons I first called on Lucas was because of his many reviews which mentioned his meticulous clean up and attention to detail. True to form ... yard and driveway were left as if no one and been here ... but what we were left with was beautiful gardens packed with an abundance of black mulch and new sod that literally looks like a putting green. What a difference! We are so happy with our backyard, and our new sod appears to be taking root very well. We will be calling on Lucas again when we need a new fence ... which from the looks of it will be sooner than later. All the best Lucas and thank you again, great work!!

Driveway Restoration
All In One Landscaping reset all the interlocking paving stones on both sides of our driveway and the front area leading up to our front porch. This involved removing the stones, re-leveling the limestone screenings, resetting and tamping down the stones to be even with our new pavement, cutting the new pavement where required to fit the stones, pouring a cement retaining ledge between the stones and the lawn in order to prevent the moving of the stones into the lawn, and filling in the cracks between all the stones with polymeric sand.

Wood Fence Install
Lucas and his whole team were a pleasure to work with. I'd had a very difficult time finding a contractor that understood our needs from a costing, timing and structural perspective (we're in a very windy area). To top that off, we also just had new neighbours move in, so there was a lot of relationship building to do before the fence could be completed. Lucas came out to walk my partner and I through his plans he had provided us in a quote and returned to discuss all with our neighbours upon their request. We had a difficult task building around an old cement foundation from the original homes on the property (from the 1800s) and three trees. Lucas gave me all the knowledge I needed to have an informed conversation with our neighbours about the limitations we faced in the final placement of the fence between our property lines. The build took under two days, and we couldn't be happier with the final product. The construction is beautiful and extremely sturdy. Thank you Lucas to you and your team for all of your support through this process and for your outstanding professionalism. We will definitely be recommending you to anyone we know who needs any fence or landscaping work done.

Landscaping and Fire Pit Area
Lucas and his crew did a fantastic job, they showed up when promised and fished quickly with very high quality work including cleanup. They had also recommended a different patio design that worked much better than the original plan. One thing that I really appreciated was the follow up sometime later to see how things were holding up, very professional, highly recommended, 5 Stars.
