We had our basement renovated earlier this year. We were very impressed with the service we received from beginning to end. Alex was very professional and helpful. He was able to fit us in early to accommodate our needs. He assisted with choosing our materials and was available for any questions we had. Darius was very helpful onsite and moved the trades teams in and out with ease. They were able to finish the job on time and within our expected cost. The workmanship was very high quality and exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with our new basement and would recommend Renoduck to everyone!

Renoduck has proven to be a great and trustworthy company. We had interviewed them for our basement renovation, had them quote on the project, and found them helpful, detailed oriented and responsive. So we signed an initial contract including a non-refundable deposit. Shortly after, we had a house fire. The damage was extensive, and we found out that even with insurance coverage we’d be on the hook for some pre-existing issues in what will be a lengthy repair process. Without any hassle, when we contacted them, Renoduck understood we’d need to put the project on hold and even refunded our deposit. They showed that they’re willing to be flexible for clients when a crisis hits – a rare trait in business today.

This is the second time we've used RenoDuck services for our basement renovation needs, and both times we were given an incredible experience and support throughout the whole process, from day 1 until the end. I found RenoDuck online and based on positive reviews hired them to finish the basement of our new house in Sharon. The whole team were exactly what we needed - professional, affordable, reliable & accommodating. Overall we got everything we had discussed and wanted and are now really enjoying our new Basement!
