    repair

    The lady on the phone was extremely nice and was able to transfer me directly to a plumber! They showed up and fixed our problem all within an hour of calling..Amazing!

    Bathrooms

    Where very neat, cleaned all the mold around the tubs and put silicone. Great job!

    Drain Clog/Repair

    Amazing Service! The Technician arrived on-time and in uniform. He quickly diagnosed the drainage issue and relayed the cost on the iPad pricing brochure. He cleared the drain and stopped the leak within an hour! Finally we can take a shower and use the toilet! Very good price for VERY good service. Highly recommended!

    Bathroom repairs

    Drain King installed a vanity faucet that I purchased, installed a new valve and trim in my shower, installed water shut offs underneath the bathroom sink for easy access and made repairs to the toilet.

    Faucet installation

    They installed a new faucet and got rid of the old broken one that was leaking- great, fast and friendly service!

    Toilet blockage

    I was charged almost $300 but the problem comes back in 2 days. I called again and Drain King just said there’s no warranty on the service call. I can understand there’s no warranty but the problem came back in 2 days. I don’t think the job was done properly. I’m very disappointed with Drain King! Drain King sent another technician to check on the blockage the following week without additional charge. This time the problem is fixed. I’m very satisfied with their services!

However, may we remind you that our technician had tested the toilet multiple times in front of you before both of you confirmed the toilet was fully functional. Our technician also mentioned that the toilet was very old and was not functioning as it should therefore-was prone to Future blockages. Our technician also offered to put the cost of clearing the toilet towards installing a brand new toilet to ensure no more future issue, but you decided not to go ahead with that option. Unfortunately it is hard to warranty blockages caused after our service has been completed as much as we would like to please everyone it is not always possible. As a courtesy on our end we have reached out to you to schedule a second visit to clear your toilet. Please be aware that your toilet is old, and is still prone to future blockages. We are hoping to resolve this issue and get some positive feedback from you. -Drain King Plumbers

    Kitchen and Toilet renovation

    They did the work so cleanly and nicely. Wore plastic bag covers on feet and did good price negotiations with us.

    water leak detection.

    The plumbers showed up on time and set to work sourcing a water leak in the walls of a 3 story building. They were persistent and proceeded in finding the problem by process of elimination. I highly recommend them!
