My husband and I recently had work done to our backyard patio and fence. The before and after transformation of our home is incredible. Avanti Landscaping And Construction and their team were fully transparent on their game plan. They were most accommodating and patient with is as we had never experienced an overhaul. Made is feel more comfortable and confident to let them do what they do best. I can pleasantly say they had exceed our expectations. The job site was always clean before and after. We had concerns with neighbors possibly complaining, but never had any issues. We in fact had many neighbors to compliment how well our house looks and cleanliness of the site. Avanti met our expectations and more. The workers, worked had and it showed with the finish results. We are pleased and would recommend their services and have them comeback for future renovations. I moved into a house with an old deteriorating, rotting fence and stonework that badly needed some TLC. I found several landscapers through Homestars and got several quotes, and I went with Avanti because Eduard was a great communicator, and whereas other contractors tried to pitch me on replacing my stone (which I thought was unnecessary), Eduard said it was mostly in good condition and could be kept, which meant a more reasonable cost. I made the right decision. The work looks great, Matt the foreman was also a great communicator and knew every detail of the work, plus when we had an issue with my neighbor over the fence, Matt and Eduard both took care of it professionally and without complaint. I'd hire Avanti again.

I chose Avanti because I saw their work in our neighbourhood so I knew the quality was good. They were also able to start the work the fastest and get it done in a reasonable time frame. Start to finish took just under a week. And there was a LOT of fence to do! Eduard's team came out on more than one occasion after work was done to tweak a few things that the neighbours were unhpapy with and I feel they went over and above. I get SO many compliments on my new fence and how beautiful it looks. So much so, that the construction crew working on our street came knocking on my door to ask for his details for their own yards.... now THAT is a true testament to Avanti!
