Justin and Krystle were great. All my questions were answered timely, service was seamless, and affordable. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for installing a new Air conditioning unit.

Fantastic customer service from the start to the finish. Justin, the owner, took his time with me explaining how to operate the unit and answered all my questions. The AC unit he installed for us is whisper quiet. Highly recommended!!

Showed up earlier then expected and didn’t take very long at all, everything was explained very well & there was no extra charges we paid what we were quoted plus we have a nervous dog in the home but they were great with her and in the end we didn’t need to kennel her while they worked

Lendrix came highly recommended and they sure did not disappoint. During the "Q&A" portion, Krystle was super responsive and was able to provide an answer and address any questions and request that I had. On the day of the install, justin arrived right on time, and he took his time to ensure the unit is installed properly with minimal disruption. He had to make a few holes to pull a wire across my finished basement which I fully expected, but he covered it all up with a plate so that I don't have to patch any drywall. He installed an AC unit, condensate pump and a smart thermostat that I provided, and took the time to explain everything. Price was very reasonable and it's great to support small local business during these interesting times. Did I mention they included a winter cover?

Very accommodating to last minute changes we requested. Justin was quick and efficient. The walk through following installation was helpful and show that this company stands behind their work. Looking forward to the annual visit.

We got referred to Justin for installation of our new AC and to service our furnace last year. Excellent customer service, never got an up-sale we got exactly what we wanted and this year we had an air purifier system put in and as always great service. We highly recommend him.

As I was doing reviews and quotes for an A/C unit, I came across Lendrix on Homestars along with a few others. The quotes came in and it wasn't even close. Let's just say that Krystle and Justin provide an amazing service at an unbelievable price. Justin installed everything exactly as I had wanted without delays and setup my thermostat and gave me pointers and a checklist via email as well for future reference. Without a doubt will be using them for any heating and cooling needs going forwards. Recommend to anyone 100%

I got several quotes for an A/C installation and Lendrix was not only the most competitive for rates and warranty, but also a truly local business. Krystle was a pleasure to deal with and prompt to answer any questions, while Justin was very efficient with the installation with minimal disruption. Also took way less time than we anticipated! My husband (a trades guy) also felt a lot better about the install being done by the owner of the company himself. Highly recommend and won't hesitate to call them for our HVAC needs in the future!
