We were in need of Air Conditioning and did not have a lot of information previously. We heard about Lendrix HVAC from a couple of our neighbors and requested Justin's help. We knew Lendrix would be the right choice when we met and spoke with Justin for a quote. Justin is very knowledgeable and provided both technical and practical insights. The pricing was great. On the day of install, Justin was on time and completed the installation professionally. Justin was diligent and took all the necessary precautions during this time of pandemic. Justin provided a detailed walk through post install and took the time to answer all our questions. The 10 year warranty on parts and labor is fantastic. We definitely recommend Lendrix HVAC!

Justin from Lendrix was punctual, professional and did a great job. We are so happy with our results, especially with the air conditioning. It has already proven to be well worth it. Our house is cool and comfortable and we couldn't be happier. We had numerous quotes from a variety of companies (from the biggest to the smallest) and I quickly found myself comparing all other contractors to the professionalism and knowledge of Justin! Not only did he come in with the best price but also with the most information. This allowed us to feel comfortable with Lendrix as our HVAC professional. 10 year parts and labour warranty means we will be stuck together for a decade and we couldn't be happier to have picked lendrix!

We decided that we needed to add AC to our home to help out with those very hot days and to mitigate the pollen season and smoke seasons out here in the mountains. Our furnace was also on its last legs after 18 years so it made sense to do it all at once with much more efficient and integrated equipment. We selected Justin and Lendrix for the quality of the initial consultation and the thoroughness of the quote provided. Justin answered all of our questions and gave us options for each piece. The best part was that he explained -in person and in writing! - the advantages of each piece, how they worked together and what we got out of each increase in the functionality and durability of the equipment. Really well done. On installation day, Justin and Ryan arrived and went step by step of furnace replacement, AC core installation and installation of the outside pieces. Watching them connect all of the pieces and turn it all on was a combination of fascinating and educational. Now I know the how's and why's of the system and will be very well prepared to use and maintain it all. It was great fun learning from Justin and Ryan - they clearly enjoy their job and take a great deal of pride in their work. The look and feel of our system was perfect when they finished. Pride in craftsmanship is becoming rare - the Lendrix guys (and, Krystale) clearly take pride in their work and it very clearly shows at our home. Thank you all! Excellent job. Customer service was superb. Krystle answered all our questions before install and was extremely helpful. Justin was early for the appointment and was quick and efficient doing the install. Afterwards the walkthrough of the systems and tips to running the AC was appreciated. Will definitely use their services in the future and recommend them.

After purchasing a home with a 20yr old water heater, we decided to replace it before it died on us expectedly. I was referred to Justin from a trusted friend and he and Krystle were extremely responsive to all of my inquiries. We pulled the trigger on a hot water on demand system (Noritz) and Justin showed up on time, was very respectful and answered any questions I had. Installation took longer than expected but that was no fault of Justins as my foundation was poured in the late 60's and had lots of stones and aggregate inside it which caused Justin's hammer drill to work overtime. I will be using Lendrix again when we replace our furnace as they are nothing but respectful, informative and helpful. Thank you Justin & Krystle!

We have worked with Lendrix for our AC installation as well as our new hot water tank and several service calls over the past couple of years and I can’t say enough good things about Justin and his company. He is so professional, prompt and helpful that I would never use anyone else for our HVAC etc needs. He also provides great value for his services. You won’t be disappointed!
