    Renovations

    Spyros and his team were fantastic in repairing our ceiling caused by a water leak from out unit above. He and his colleague were: a) On time, both days b) Offered options c) provided additional information for how to take care for future maintenance They were nothing but professional, kind and went the extra mile!

    Built Fence, updated stairs, installed cameras

    Spyros and his team are very professional. They are quick to respond, pay attention to detail and are easy to work with. We initially hired GR General Renovations to build a fence for our backyard. We were very happy with the work and had them complete additional jobs, like creating modern backs for our stairs, installing a projector, adding security cameras among other projects. We would recommend them and work with them agai

    Fireplace on east York

    Highly recommend spiros and he's guys, they did amazing job, very clean and very professional. And most important they work under our budget. We wish you good luck guys and keep doing what you know best

    STAIRS PAINTING

    Spyros and he’s team, had done a project in the past for me. Now I hired the same team for my basement stairs for a different project. They just did a magnificent job as always. He’s always so dedicated to finish and provide the best service. Highly recommend them!!!

    Bathroom Renovation

    I had an remarkable experience with Spyro and he's crew members which are very amazing and polite people. They changed the bathtub, floor tiles and the vatiny resulting to an exceptional result. I'm very satisfied with this company, spyros and he's crew members. I highly recommend Gr general renovations to eveyone regarding any renovation work that needs to be done.

    Outdoor Renovation of Front Porch

    Spyros Pakos was my contractor and he was prompt, polite and present on-site everyday work was taking place. The job started on time and finished on time and most importantly on budget exactly as promised. Spyros went out of his way to ensure I was happy each step of the process and was extremely polite and cognizant of my neighbors too. Spyros really aims to please and will make changes and touch-ups with no hassle until you are happy. I would highly recommend GR General Renovations.

    Deck and Patio Door

    Replace fence

    Spyros of GR General Renovation delivered exactly what he quoted. Unlike many other contractors he stays in contact every step of the way . I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Basement bathroom brick wall renovation

    Spyros is the ultimate professional and honest person. He surveyed the job and gave me a timely quote. An additional issue was found and he explained and showed it to me recommending a long term solution. Very comfortable having him and his team around as well. Would highly recommend Spyros and his company.

    Home exterior

    Spyros did a wonderful job in fixing the exterior of our new home. He worked hard to make our new home safe and beautiful. We were first time home buyers so we felt a bit overwhelmed, but Spyros took the time to explain things in detail and gave us the peace of mind we needed. My husband and I found Spyros to be honest, helpful, and hard working. Sypros did everything fast and meticulously too! Thanks to Spyros, we can now enjoy our new home without worries.
