    Excellent Service!

Hired Amica to replace 3 large windows. Response to initial request was very fast, and during the quote visit the rep provided info on the different ways to replace these windows. No pressure sales, and someone quite passionate about their company! Communication during the time from accepting the quote to installation was superb, including a much appreciated text the morning of the install, providing the exact time the installers would arrive. The installers were professional - ensuring flooring was well protected, cleaning up all materials once the windows were completed, and the overall job was Very well done. Would Highly Recommend Amica Windows for any doors or windows you may need!

    Front and Side Doors

Amica Windows and Doors was very professional from start to finish! They paid attention to all the details. The removal and installation of both doors was done in one day. We were contacted during and after the installation to see how it was going and if we were satisfied, which we definitely were.

    Door & Windows Replacement

Michael and his team are very professional, courteous, responsive and good at what they do. Throughout the process, we never felt like we were being pushed to make a decision but they asked questions to find out our needs and offered solutions. Even though it was a difficult time due to supply chain constraints, Michael kept us informed and assured us the work would be done. We were especially impressed at his initiative to reach out and schedule the work as soon as our windows came in. And when the work was done, the place was left in such a good condition that you wouldn't have known any work was done at all (except for the great windows they installed :) ) To summarize, Michael and his team did a fantastic job replacing all our vinyl windows and the front door! Will definitely recommend them for any window & door projects you'd have.

Custom windows and door supply and install

Thank you for an absolutely awesome window and door replacing experience. I wish there would be more professional contractors as Michael and all staff at Amica Windows and Doors. Despite expected Covid related delays, the service and quality of products provided was top notch. Starting with a very patient and very thorough ordering process, where everything was explained (the different types of windows, doors) material used, installation process, timing, etc. till the in depth quality control by owner after instal, the whole experience was seem less. Michael went above and beyond to ensure the delays were managed to the best of his abilities. High quality of windows and doors, timely and courteous service, awesome installation, and after instal inspection distinguishes Amica from all other competitors. We definitely recommend Amica team of professionals. Thank you so much for the awesome work you guys did!

    Great product great service

Michael is extremely knowledgeable about his products and it has been a great experience working with him. Despite the global supply chain issue, Michael was able to get our orders produced within reasonable time and installed before the deadline. We were not home during installation so Michael helped check on the progress and keep us updated throughout the process. The windows and doors look great! Overall very smooth and worry free experience, I would recommend Amica to anyone :)
