good job good price

My gutter corners were all in bad shape. After a couple of estimates and consultations about what I could do for repairs. I talked with Sukh from Marks roofing. He gave me his honest opinion and it made sense to replace all the gutters. He gave the best warranty on materials and workmanship. Hes crew came on time and as far as I can tell did an excellent job. But it hasnt rained yet. Thanks again to Sukh and his crew.

Needed only the front half of the house and the porch redone, including 2 gables. They did the porch first, then we asked them to do the roof. They gave me a fair price, showed up a day early (!), took all the old shingles off and carted them away, re papered the roof and worked like Trojans to shingle in one day. I had a down spout issue so they sent somebody today to do that. Again, quality work included in the same price. And came to get paid after all the work was done. Really good guys, hard workers and nothing bad to say about them. I am a home owner with no and I mean no previous connection with them but I would recommend them unconditionally.

I needed a new roof because there were several leaks and I was selling the house. Sukhi and his crew came and did it. They were very reliable. Sukhi was available to answer all my questions and concerns. Great guy.

To give you an idea of our home, it had 30 year old cedar shingles on a multi pitched roof with built in gutters, 15 down spouts. We chose 6 highly rated Better Business Bureau companies with Worksafe BC coverage. We selected Marks Roofing, not because of price (they werent the lowest), but because of Suk, their on-site foreman, who was excellent to deal with. He responded immediately with a quote based on what we had laid out, gave us product samples so we could visualize the look, and provided addresses of places they had done or were currently working on. But the best part was the Suks knowledge. He came to our home 3 times, rather than talk on the phone, to answer some of my concerns. He has obviously done a lot of roofing. Im a DIY detail person and when he was explaining things it always made sense. The work took 5 days. It was in all appearance a happy focussed hard working crew. Even the neighbours noticed this. There was a couple of minor glitches that were corrected immediately, no questions. In the end, we are extremely happy with everythingthe look, craftsmanship and cost. It is our pleasure to recommend Marks Roofing without reservation. Thank you Suk and your crew.

Suki and his team were absolutely amazing. Suki came over with his drone, viewed the entire roof and membrane (built in gutters) and suggested that his crew would add metal fascia onto existing wood boards to give it better protection against snow in our area (which we tend to get more often being higher up in the mountain). His crew also re-sealed all membrane in area's that required this and provided before and after pics. Our neighbours were watching the work done by Suki and his crew and ended up doing the same work as ours plus more. Overall highly recommend Mark's Roofing for anyone wanting professional work done on their roof.
