Jon and his team installed our lighting and irrigation system over 15 years ago. Every year they have opened and closed the watering system. The install was perfect. I cannot see the sprinkler heads. The water coverage results in beautiful grass, tress, shrubs, and flowers every year with huge growth. My neighbours constantly tell us how amazing both the front and backyards look. The work was so good, we had the team install a system at my in-laws. They grass, trees, and flowers look amazing. Yesterday we had a problem with a sprinkler head. I contacted the company. They responded to me at 11pm and had the team here today to fix the issue. Any mechanical issues over the years have been dealt with in 48 hours or less. Can't recommend them enough.

Just received an email from Thomas I&L saying they will no longer be servicing our area (downtown Toronto)...They "appreciate our business and wish us all the best moving forward"... Hundreds and hundreds in business over 2-3 years including referrals to other clients. Would have appreciated a steer to another trusted company...rather than a "good luck.." I understand you have staffing issues, but I find the dismissal letter bereft of the care and interest feigned. Not impressed

I was very happy to find Jon and his company. Within 24 hours of being in contact, Jon and Miles arrived, assessed and fixed a myriad of issues with my irrigation system. It is great to find great people.
