    Birch maintenance, hedge removal, shrub removal

    Mike and the team did a great job with our property. Our job was a bit more complicated as I was coordinating for my neighbor and I but Mike and the team were very easy to work with and it was pretty seamless all the way from getting multiple quotes to getting the job done. The team was punctual, completed the job and left without a mess. We would recommend the team to anyone looking for good service and reasonable price and will have them back in future years.

    Outstanding, Knowledgeable & Conscientious Crew

    This is the second time we have used Mike and his team to help us with tree trimming and readying our backyard for spring. Once again, I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism, as well as their willingness to go consistently above and beyond. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs help with their trees and yard. They were awesome to deal with and I will definitely be using them in the future.

    Great service

    Two thumbs up! Mike and his crew did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and professional, from Michelle on the phone down to the members of the crew assigned to my job. Mike ensured I was satisfied with their work before leaving and ensured they left my yard clear of any debris. Thank you

    Cut a tree and removed trunk

    Mike is the tree expert. I spoke with him and got a very clear answer on the whole process. I spoke with Michelle to set the appointment and arrangements for the location of gas, phone etc to be set up. I received text messages from Michelle for each process. I loved theyre crew, they were friendly and knowledgeable. I just would highly recommend them.

    Tree cut and trim

    Mike and team were punctual, arrived ready to remove a couple of trees and very trim tall trees. They are professionals, kept us informed throughout the day and the clean up was amazing. I strong recommend this arborist. They did an exceptional job!

    Tree Pruning and Removal

    Very friendly and hardworking crew! They always checked in with me to ensure that I was satisfied before moving on to the next part/section. Pruning and removing a tree is always a messy job, but you wouldn't have even thought that they were there after the work was completed! They work efficiently, clean and have very competitive prices! I use to always go with the bigger companies for these type of jobs thinking they would do the best work, but that isn't the case. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have tree work done!

    Pruning Trees

    My yard has a few trees that needed to pruning, including one large maple that someone needs to go up to inspect and remove dead wood. Mike was super friendly. He came by to discuss the work that needed to be done and provided a quote. He also answered any questions that I had. On work day, Mike and his team arrived on time. We reviewed what needed to be pruned. The work was done carefully and safely. All of the members were knowledgeable and very professional. Mike and his team removed and shredded all of the debris. They left our yard and the side walk in a tidy state. Communications with their office was also easy and responsive. I highly recommend Forestwood Tree Service and will hire them again for future projects.

    Fast and fantastic work

    Mike and his team were phenomenal to work with. During windstorm one of our of trees fell over and we had to reevaluate the number of trees we had in our yard. We were able to get an assessment next day, and the work scheduled within a few days. Mike and his team are punctual, organized and extremely respectful of their surroundings. They completed the work in such an efficient manner; if it weren’t for the missing trees we wouldn’t have noticed they’d been at our place! Would definitely recommend forestwood we’ll be using them for our future needs! A big thank you to the team!

    Tree Removal

    We had to have two trees removed – one about 50+ feet tall and very close to a neighbour's fence, the other only 20 feet, but close to our house. I got quotes from two services and they were nearly identical. I decided to go with Forestwood Tree Service because Mike seemed to listen better to my questions and to give more thoughtful answers. Michelle in the office and Mike and his crew (Curtis, other Mike, and Zach) were all a pleasure to deal with and did a great job. They arrived when they said they would, worked methodically (and steadily), and took care to drop branches as gently as possible so as not to damage fences or buildings. They were also careful to not let anything significant fall on our neighbours' properties, and cleaned up what little did get there. With the recent rains, there wasn't anything they could do to avoid muddying parts of our lawn – I see that as pretty much part of the cost of doing tree removals. My wife adds that it was a pleasure to have a crew that got along so well with each other and did not fill the air with profanity as they talked and worked! We would recommend Forestwood to anyone needing arborist services – my only complaint is that they are not available to do painting, plumbing, electrical, etc...
