I had a 35 year old home with heavy textured stucco. Replaced windows this year and needed pathing where stucco was removed to properly seal and flash the retrofitted windows. Got a lot of competitive quotes and decided a patch job on stucco is not going to look great/keep the value of the home. Madalin was amazing to deal with. He gave me a very reasonable number so I got him to do the whole house in a modern heavy sand texture (flat). His team started within a couple of weeks and were here consistently till it was done. The quality is absolutely excellent. They are perfectionists. They reflashed the windows professionally, top and bottom, put the relief joints and plaster stops in perfect places, around intakes and vents, applied two heavy coats and a color coat all over existing. SHARP sharp sharp corners. Redid the parging too and insisted on cleaning up the corners on basement windows, removed stucco where necessary, and cleaned up the site after themselves. We did a modern two tone style and honestly, the modern stucco makes the house look new!! I'm good for 50 years! His team are all experienced, work hard and efficiently, solid scaffolding, did one to two walls at a time, and cleaned up even little pieces of stucco. Very friendly service, excellent at setting expectations, got back to me very very promptly, punctual, and gave solid recommendations that I am extremely happy with the outcome. I wish all contractors were like Madalin and his team. If I build or redo another house, I am calling them. Ill add some before and after pics. I added a couple in process pics.

Our garage brick trim was outdated and damaged. Martinis gave us a fair bid, our choice of stone, on-schedule work, and skilled craftsmanship, all by friendly, professional people.

The team were prompt in calling upon the initial request and showing up to review. They did an amazing job, would highly recommend. Team were also considerate in laying down material and taping the windows, doors so the project was mess free upon completion.

Highly recommend this company - they are my go to guys for any stucco work I may need. Prior to the repairs, our stucco condition was terrible with many broken parts and paint fading. The exterior of our house was by far the worse in our block. They meticulously removed all the broken parts, sanded down the surrounding areas, put on new meshing, and hand crafted the new stucco on. Now our house has been transformed into the best looking house on the block!!! I highly recommend anyone in need of stucco repair! His prices are very reasonable too!

Martinis was a great contractor for our office renovation. They matched the doors, and made 2 nice offices out of empty space, on time and on budget. I asked them to help with a small job and they fit me in, again for a good price. I will use their services again.
