Alex and his team are the best! Great workmanship, great customer service and the biggest asset is Alex truly cares about the project as if he was building the deck for himself. He asks questions and makes recommendations about details you wouldn't think about, but do matter in the end (most others don't confirm and then it's too late). I highly recommend Deck Crew!

Alex and crew were extremely easy to deal with. Answered all calls and responded to items that we wanted. They worked in a timely manner and achieved inspections. Coming from the industry, you can tell this company cares about the final product and how the owner is happy.

Alex and his team did a great job with our backyard. Our project consisted of demo and rebuild of a fence, deck and pergola. Alex listened to all of our concerns and put a plan into action. The crew respected our neighbours properties when building the fences. The new deck is of great quality and will not have structural issues like our old deck. The pergola will provide sun and rain protection for decades to come. They were precise with their measurements; nice detailing with scribing around irregular shapes; and took time to ensure everything is level, plumb and square. The end results are fantastic! We also appreciated Alexs communication style. He constantly kept us up to date with the teams schedule, as well as providing updates about some product delays that were out of his control. If you are planning a reno, we would recommend Deck Crew.

Completely satisfied customers here. Alex and the crew redid the complete deck, railing and stairs, replacing a very old and aged existing one. We solicited 4 quotes, of which Deckcrews highly competitive and significantly better value for the designs offered. The proposal was well prepared and complete in terms of layout, design and detail, which was a major factor. Alex worked very closely with us during the quote and design phase, as well as over the complete build to clear up any details that arose to make sure the final result was right. Most importantly, Alex and his crew were the actual people doing the work. Some operations subcontract out which can lead to issues not here. Cost, scheduling and the quality of the final product were all excellent.

Alex was very informative, flexible and pleasant to work with throughout the job, open to my ideas, providing sensible recommendations, respected our budget. His carpentry crew did quite good quality work and were polite and tidy/orderly. The overall value for money was good, compared to 3 other bidders on the job.
