Mr Mikhail's team came in and was friendly, clear and knowledgable in recommending what's appropriate for our detached house as well as for ongoing maintenance. In addition to the 20 vents, I also decided on the spot to do a dryer vent cleaning and the work was done in around 2 hours' time. Overall it was a great experience.Answer from pro:

This is the second time I had duct cleaning done by Michael and a young associate. Even though the price may be higher than other competitors, I find he does a thorough work and educates me in the process and provides suggestions as to how to have more efficient airflow. He is honest and personable. He is fair and willing to answer my questions. I plan to give him my business again because he treats me as a person and not just a client. I was very impressed with Sem's Technician Michael and his associate. Michael provided information on how I can make my system work better for the house, suggested how best to use specific furnace filters in different seasons and he laid out the work from start to finish. He put things back as they were and cleaned up after they were done. I am very happy with the service I received from Sem's and will most definitely call the company again. Sem's is first-class. We have had other contractors in our house, including a different duct cleaning company, but Sem's is head-and-shoulders better. They are personable and honest, so we never felt we were getting the standard contractor double-talk. We will definitely use them again and we recommend them to you.Answer from pro:

My wife and I noticed our HVAC system not working the best so we decided to try and get our air ducts cleaned. Right away, the technicians noticed clogs and obstructions in the ducts. Not only did we feel a massive difference in the air quality of our home, but due to the system operating smoothly and efficiently, we used less energy maintaining the temperature in the house leading to a result of lower utility bills over time. I had the team of Sems come to my house for a cleaning appointment. At the time one technician actually pointed out a big wine stain that was on one of our area rugs. The technician offered to take it away and to get it cleaned which I appreciated. They brought it back and it was cleaned and stain-free.
