    Low advertised price. You'll be overcharged at the end

    They advertize a low price first, however they would charge your credit card later for overweight. They sent me the invoice indicating that my bin was about 2.5 times heavier than what I expected. The date on it was +2 days from the date when it was picked up at my yard. I absolitely wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

    Renovation cleaning

    First time using Dump Squad and the service was exceptional. Rob really went into detail explaining the price breakdown and was very prompt in getting me the bin on the day I needed it. Will definitely be using them in the future

    Using them for 5 years now

    I have been using dump-squad for close to 5 years now. Never gave us any major problems. Always reliable and efficient for our garbage disposal

    Excellent Service

    Rob and his team were extremely professional when it came to their disposal bin rental service. No surprises. Everything was exactly as he said as far as billing, drop off time and pickup times. Excellent service.

    They never pick up the bin

    They reported our phone number as spam and now it does not work and it is our business phone number. We were only calling because they never picked up the bin after weeks. The people in our community used it as a dumping ground. How disgusting and unprofessional. I even tried calling back to discuss this from my personal number they kept dismissing my call. DO NOT USE THEM!

    Hi Gillian, 1) I understand your frustration with miscommunication on the bin pickup. We misread the email where you were inquiring how long you can keep the bin as you wanted the pickup asap*. Our apologies. This did happen. Your bin was a minimum charge bin anyway as it was not heavy at all. 2) I promise you that nobody here reported your number as spam and its impossible for a number to be out of service over a single complaint. Wish that it all gets sorted out for you and it really sucks that we are getting blamed for something we didn't do. Until speaking to you earlier today, we didn't know there is a number to call to report spam calls. Our phones show all international calls as "Likely Spam" and we just reject the call and move onto the next caller. You were a great client who ordered a few bins from us and I am sorry it ended with this. I hope you give us another go in the future and we can earn your business back.     We have been using Dump-Squad for close to 3-4 years now and the service has been great. Ordered over 60+ bins and texting to get them replaced is very convenient

    Bin Rental

    I ordered a bin from this company for some home renovations and was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was. The process was straight forward and the service came at a reasonable price. I would order from this company again in the future if needed.

    Excellent Service so Far

    Been using Dump-Squad for my new build project. Service is great. They let me keep the bins a little longer if I need which is quiet rare. Ordered around 15-20 last year and will probably need the same next year.
