    Mold in the attic

    We had an issue with mould in some areas in attic. Sean arrived on the weekend to give us his advice.He explained in details about the problem and what needs to be done. He did excellent job few days later and sent us pictures. Sean is very knowledgeable and reliable person.We would highly recommend his services.

    Phenomenal Mold & Asbestos Inspection

    Sean came for a mold and asbestos inspection at the same time as we had the home inspector, before the final step upon the closing of our home. 3 words to describe him : professional, knowledgable and most importantly, honest. He told us the exactly the way it is. Explained the steps needed to remove mold, what was to be expected if we were to tear down walls (it is an old house, so there is probably asbestos in the plaster) and gave us tips on how and where to save money if needed. He followed up quickly with a quote, even told us how to renew our deck and fence on our other home. Would recommend him time and time and again. He noticed problems with the home that the home inspector totally missed. Took all the time we needed to answer all our questions, and made us feel comfortable and safe. Thanks again for everything! Can't wait to get the job done to write another amazing review!

    Mold Removal in Basement

    Sean came out same day and explained everything (more than once!) . It was a huge job and Sean and his crew were honest, efficient and professional. As only my husband was home, Sean provided pictures and explanations to me via text and I felt very comfortable with them doing our work. They did an amazing job! Had our job complete in 2 days! He also mentioned that there had already been some waterproofing done and recommended that it would just be a waste of my money for him to redo what was already there. So honest. I can highly recommend Sean and his crew. Everything cleaned to perfection! Thanks so much Sean.

    Mould Remediation

    Sean was professional, neat and quick. He clearly explained the process and told us not to hesitate to call if we had any questions or concerns, but everything was perfect I would absolutely recommend Sean to family and friends.

    Great Professional and Friendly Service

    Sean is one of the best service specialist we’ve ever had to our house. We had an issue with mould in our attic and Sean arrived quickly, accessed, quoted and fixed the problem same day. He was very conscientious about informing us about the problem and made sure we were happy with the quote and work. We would highly recommend his services.

    Asbestos removal

    I needed to have some asbestos removed and Sean was AMAZING in his listening and understanding of our needs, asbestos advising, patience, care and conscientiousness. We could have not asked for better service then what Sean provided. He was available prior to our set-onsite date to answer further questions and made me feel comfortable with absolutely all aspects of the job. I never felt pressured or hurried. Sean followed up after the job was complete which is something not many service providers do. He was very polite, extra neat (threw out and post for cleanup) and extremely professional. I am very satisfied with the work he provided and highly recommend him.

    Excellent Service, Advice and Experience

    Sean is one of the best trades I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. My wife and I had a bit of a panic over Mold that we discovered in our Master Bathroom by the shower door, and Sean responded immediately to our inquiry and came down to see us at our home within an hour of us calling him. He was able to quickly remove the Mold that had accumulated, left us with Extra Mold remover, gave us detailed advice as to how to prevent further accumulation and didn’t charge us anything for his service given the nature of the issue. He was kind, courteous and extremely professional and I will absolutely recommend him to anyone with a Mold issue in their home. Thank you Sean for your help!

    A REAL review

    if you are looking for honest advice and expertise Sean’s your guy, his no nonsense attitude and desire to genuinely help his clients have earned my trust. He isn’t out to rip anyone off or make a quick buck. He will even tell you when something isn’t warranted/needed and provide more cost effective solutions. When I buy my next house, I will definitely be calling him.

    Asbestos Removal

    The first thing I must say is Shawn is a professional he is honest and he does what he says he’s going to do and very reliable I spoke to other companies and all they did was want to rip me off I’ve got quotes from $2500-$6000 they we’re not professional didn’t even investigate like Shawn did. The others just stood there and assumed. Shawn made sure he evaluated the situation with knowledge and his equipment. Shawn saved me a lot of money I have recommended him already and I will continue

    Mould Remediation

    Thank you, Sean!!!! I called Sean in a panic when mould was found in my attic. He was very personable, considerate and understanding. He came to my home the same evening, gave me a quote, lessened my anxiety, and promised to be at my home the day after next. He was thorough and left my home spotless. Needless to say, I will highly recommend Sean to anyone in need of his services. Outstanding!!!
