Punctual, efficient and knowledgeable....thats all you need in a company. Helped us pick the right machine with no up sale PERIOD. Arrived on time with loads of communication before (I love that). All installed and cleaned up as promised. He help us non techie people with the app setup. Came in under quote as well...HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I am pleased to provide this "PERFECT" rating for GVA Doors and Garage Doors! I first engaged Ross years ago when the spring broke on my garage door and it ended up ripping the arm right out of the garage. Rather than tell me I had to get new door in, Ross MacGyvered a bracket that was able to handle the weight and saved me thousands. Brilliant solution really. I was so impressed with Ross that I kept his phone number in my phone under "Garage Guy Ross" in case I ever need help again. Well last night the other spring broke on my 23 year old garage door, so I texted him. Within minutes he replied, and we talked on the phone. Since I had no car in the garage, and thus no emergency need, Ross arranged to come out the very next morning. He even remembered me and the unique job he did last time over five years later. As a returning customer, he offered me slightly better pricing than usual, and much less than the local companies would charge. The main thing for me, is I knew I had a guy I can trust coming. Ross set a time to be here, communicated with me when he was ten minutes away, and arrived as scheduled. We had a great discussion about other things in our lives as he easily replaced my spring. Fixing a garage spring is likely the easy part, but the best part was Ross values the relationships with his clients. He demonstrates AMAZING customer service and provides warranties he stands behind. I would highly recommend GVA!!!! Thanks Ross!

Called at 7pm and they were over within 45 minutes. Garage door spring broke, Ross repaired everything all by himself. Did a fantastic job, even replaced all the broken hinges and oiled everything up! No complaints!!

Ross was great and arrived when he said he would. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. He noticed our garage door handle was lose leading into our house and fixed it. People don’t do things “just because” anymore so was so appreciative and impressed. Super guy and we love our new system. We called around for quite a few quotes and what set them apart is when my husband spoke to GVA is they explained their product and made us understand what was different from the one we had so it we were able to make an informed decision. Needed servicing on a old garage door. Phoned GVA and had a technicianRoss come out that afternoon. The estimate was $200 for the job. Ross came out and serviced the door quickly. I was n pleased with the work and happy with the 90 day warranty
