Full home interior renovation
Thank you Gregory, Nastya, Vladimir, and the whole Senso Design team for an incredible job well done. We renovation our first and second floors, which included tearing down our interior walls and putting in new steel beams to open up our first floor. The team completed the project with high quality and on schedule (only two months) - an increasingly rare achievement these days. As with all projects, communication is critical and regularly check-ins help to catch any missed assumptions or to make changes. When they did occur, Gregory and team were receptive, flexible, and quick to ensure we were happy. We highly recommend Senso Design for any project and would look to them again for future projects.

Bathroom Reno - May 2024
We recently renovated our master ensuite and are quite pleased with the end result. We sourced all our finishes and provided images and discussed how we wanted the layout. There were a few hiccups with communications and we didn't get exactly everything we wanted, but the overall experience was good. Igor and Volo showed up as scheduled everyday, did a superb job and always gave me a run down of what they had planned or what was achieved each day. They were very polite, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day. Gregory came by regularly to check on the progress and to manage my expectations regarding the time line. We would definitely consider using them again and would recommend them for your next project.

New deck before Summer
This is my second time coming to senso and I am extremely satisfied with the work. Mark is always extremely promt with questions, concerns, and advice. The whole project came within budget and done in 2 days. While it was a simple deck Mark was able to get people over within the weekend for my family to enjoy it just before summer began

We hired Senso Design for a comprehensive home renovation project last year and are exceedingly satisfied with the outcome. Senso Designs in-house designer Nastya, assistedus in visualizing our initial concepts and suggesting enhancements that significantly improved our plans. The designer's expertise blended creativity with functionality, ensuring our vision was both aesthetically pleasing and practical. The execution of the project was carried out by a team of highly skilled tradesmen. Their meticulous attention to detail and dedication to excellence were evident in every aspect of their work. The craftsmanship displayed by the team have resulted in a finished product that exceeds our expectations. Just as important as the first two observations above, Senso Design has proven to be a company of integrity, honoring their commitments post-completion. We experienced a few minor issues that fell under the warranty, and Senso Design promptly and efficiently addressed them a year after the job was completed. Mark and the entire team at Senso Design made the entire process of redeisgning my new house simple and easy. Mark's initial quote process was transparent and clear in terms of what I was paying for. I knew actually what I was paying for and what was included and not in the estimate. From there, Nastya and the design team took over and she was very helpful. Whether you have an idea for what you want to do from a design perspective or not, Nastya will help guide you through the design process. Finally, all of Mark's tradespeople took great care of my new home. They cared and paid attention to detail, and to top it all off, Mark was always available with any questions I might have throughout the process. I really couldn't be happier.

Exceptional Renovation Experience

Full Condo Renovation
I hired Mark the owner of Senso Design back in December for a complete Condo Renovation project. 2 bathrooms, kitchen, all doors, trims, floors, light fixtures, paint and removal of popcorn ceiling. Also took out a wall in the kitchen and closed out some other walls. The project started in Mid January and lasted 2 months. He had given me 7-8 weeks for completion, so that was good. I was really impressed with Mark as the owner and general contractor, always available to speak to you, give you advice and he is fair. He is honest and very knowledgeable. The trades that he employs did some fantastic work. Very professional. Payment were respected as per our contract and were made as the project was advancing. We are very happy with the completed project. I would highly recommend Mark and Senso Design for any renovation projects.

Home Reno: Kitchen, Bathrooms and Stairs
We recently completed our house renovations with Senso Design and are beyond happy (reno included: kitchen, 3 bathrooms and stairs). Mark was absolutely great, transparent, easy to communicate with, kept us informed every step of the way and was very accommodating and patient with our requests. The team (Edward, Zora, Bogdan, Dima, and the rest of the the team) did such a beautiful, high-quality work and made sure there was minimal noise/interference with our work from home schedules. We are beyond satisfied with the results and will certainly be returning to Senso Design for future projects. Thank you so much!
